    No Amnesty Ever!

They can put a big pink bow around it and add lovely sparkles on it but it remains dark, ugly, unconsitutional and wrong.

So again, WHY the sudden change? Has he been bought off, threatened, harassed, what?
Excellent questions. Perhaps William can shed some light on Simcox's softer position on the Dream Act.

    Perhaps.

If memory serves, wasn't Chris being pretty severely targeted for his activism?

Here is the qualifier by Simcox. In other words he opposes the current Act, if they amended it then he might not oppose it. Personally I don't agree, I say no amnesty for anyone.

    I completely agree Bowman.

Not only should there be no amnesty for anyone......regardless of their circumstances......but there is absolutely NO justifiable excuse whatsoever for granting illegal alien students privileges of any sort.

Not only is this the epitome of what isn't "fair" and a form of discrimination, but these are not minors under the control of their parents with no control over their own situation.

Once these kids reach the age of 18 years old, they are adults and as such it is their responsibility, their obligation, to return to their home countries and apply to come here legally as students and, if permitted to do so, abide by all of the laws which apply to those here on student visas.

If they are unwilling to do that, then they can live as the criminals here that they are just like the rest of their families.

The education is a smoke screne for the adjusted status and the subsequent family visas that will follow.

It's Amnesty for the illegal alien family.

The Dream Act is a reward for illegal immigration.

Besides, where are these illegal aliens going to work after they get a degree? More excuses for adjusted status and a path to citizenship.

I was afraid this might happen.

I have worked with Chris Simcox on many project, but in California last month he said several things like this.

He said he was for some form of new guest worker program after the borders were secured and that we could not send illegal alien children back home.

At this point, since Chris Simcox has made statements to the media that are 100% contradictory to ALIPAC's goals and platform, I'm afraid we are going to have to break of any future cooperation with or support for Chris and MCDC if it pans out these quotes accurately represent their positions.

ALIPAC opposes amnesty in all forms. Possibly, Chris Simcox and MCDC support Amnesty in some forms.

I will inquire and get back to everyone with my findings.

Thank you for providing some info on this W.

Something is going on with this and whatever it is, it's nothing good.

People just don't do these kinds of complete turn arounds unless they have been very strongly compelled to do so in some way, shape, or form
