What constitutes being "barred from citizenship" among legal aliens, those welcome in the U.S. except to become citizens?

Sounds like an idea for individual state referendums whose time has come. It works for Mexico, at least about ocean-front property.

But think of the "wonderful benefits" for illegal aliens of allowing them to own U.S. land.

Non-assimilating M'slim illegal aliens can create "Holy Is'amvilles" in order to disappear among M'slim legal aliens.

Hispanic illegal aliens can own their own migrant labor camps, eliminating any realistic liability for crimes committed in the barrios. That would also relieve legal alien landlords of the liability for fly-by-night renters.

Illegal aliens from nations of concern such as North Korea and Iran can own safe houses in urban areas, which can be used to shelter terrorists. Landlords who are established in the U.S. and less able to flee at a moment's notice are thereby relieved of their duty to be traitors against the U.S..

Is'amist terrorists can own tracts of land in the desert where they can set up training camps for j'hadis. This saves American M'slims, who are more easily tracked down, from having to risk imprisonment for doing the same.

In light of these and other inestimable benefits to enemies of America, it is obvious that aliens who are ineligible to become citizens should have this inalienable right to life, liberty, and property enshrined as an Amendment to the U.S. Constitution. It is only fair, because citizens and legal residents have this right already.

Lets face it, when one must resort to trickery to gain passage of legislation that enables illegal aliens to do whatever they want, it is obvious the illegal aliens sponsor groups must be losing credibility.
I will not feel bad that illegal aliens cannot own land or property in America. If they were legal investors or legal residents, then they should be allowed to do so. They came, and they did so according to our laws that welcome "legal" immigrants.
However, when one is already here via a violation of our laws, justifying their continued presence by permitting them to legally own land, is foolish & deceptive. Passing this law or overturning laws prohibiting ownership were intended to give illegal aliens another foothold to claim they have a right to be here.
In Arizona, those who employ illegal aliens (that would be the greedy profiteers who pay lower than living wages to illegal aliens & who do not pay them benefits & who skirt workplace safety regulations, etc., want to regain their ability to employ the illegal, by legalizing those here illegally. The whole concept of providing legitimacy to a worker who is here illegally, is despicable in the very least! Such an action would also allow those same greedy employers to then say, well the law says they can work here so they must be legalized! This type of convoluted reasoning is all about profits & control of a vulnerable people and has nothing at all to do with helping illegal aliens get a better life.
Those who have been exploiting illegal aliens who should not be here in the first place, will now be trying to pass all sorts of garbage legislation so they can back-door legalize illegal aliens. After all, once illegal aliens get one right to be here or work here, that will be used to justify any and every other reason to say they should all just be legalized or granted unconditional citizenship.
It will be a tough two years until the next Congressional elections. However, we can make it and we can block efforts to back-door legislate amnesty or other illegal alien benefit plans. Hopefully voters will by then be willing to forgive Republicans who failed them over the past number of years. Hopefully by then voters will realize the socialists plans are dangerous & downright freedom depriving efforts to make us another Venezuela, North Korea, Cuba, or other third world gwat socialist nation run by despots.
There ought to be laws that prohibit wording proposed ballot measures &/or legislation in any manner that is opposite what the planned intention of the law really is. Its just plain despicable to lie to people & tell them they will be doing one thing when they are really asked to do another altogether.
Lets face it... the amnesty crowds are getting desperate. They use deception to get folks who oppose amnesty, to vote for something worded to look & sound like they agree with us, when what they really plan is exactly the opposite.
Vigilance will be the key here folks. Lets keep our eyes & ears open & we can stop their efforts to dilute American citizenship into a meaningless term.
