All persons born or naturalized in the United States, and subject to the jurisdiction thereof, are citizens of the United States and of the State wherein they reside

Boot them out. All of them. According to the Constitution!

Apparently, those that matter (Supreme Court) don't agree on your interpretation and I think that is what matters.

Hernández later earned a 4.5 GPA at Carl Hayden High School and was in the ROTC. Now, she wears a "Dream Act" button proudly.

I don't know how she did that since a 4.0 is a strait A average.

Dixie, high schools offer advanced placement classes now that are "more rigorous" than the usual classes where the students can earn higher than a 4.0 for an A. I don 't like it, but that's the way they do it now...
