Arkansas Supreme Court Tosses Illegal Immigrants' Complaint

LITTLE ROCK - The Arkansas Supreme Court has upheld a Benton County Circuit Court decision dismissing a complaint filed by illegal immigrants attempting to renew a driver's license without documents required by the state.

The court on Thursday upheld the ruling that the immigrants didn't provide a sufficient reason to allow them to use false names.

The immigrants calling themselves John, Jane and Junior Doe filed the complaint in June 2008. It challenged a state law requiring proof of social security number and lawful immigration status before issuing a driver's license or identification card.

The Does wanted to renew Jane Doe's driver's license and to prevent future denial of the driver's licenses of her child and husband.

Am I reading this correctly? The illegal invader lawyers went into a court of law and attempted to persuade the court to overturn a lower court decision that ruled illegal invaders could not use fraudulent names in order to get a drivers license as they thought they should be entitled to!

This is the shit these invaders are brazen enough to clog our court systems with!!

And this is a perfect example of waste of tax payer money! People form other countries have NO right to even file a complaint against our government and its people, that have to foot the bill! Its filing and dismissal itself is a total lack of respect and willfulness to just abide by laws on the books! the accusers should be jailed and deported! The madness continues....

Thank you, Arkansas! Driving is a privilege granted by the states under certain conditions, like passing a test and having insurance. This is in no way a "human right."

NoBueno, you are spot on this evening, in your comments I've read. That was also my reaction, I thought I must have read it wrong. I cannot believe how ludicrous this is! They actually tried to appeal it when they didn't win the first time.

These people are so entitled, its to the point of it being some kind of diagnosable group personality disorder with psychotic features -- like maybe Ethnocentric Narcissistic Grandiose Delusional Disorder.

Why do illegal aliens even have legal access to our civil court system when they have no standing under our jurisdiction?

All their cases should be dismissed, their attorneys charged with all court costs, and illegal aliens deported.

Unfortunately, it is taxpayer funded groups like LULAC and LaRaza that use our money to pay for lawyers to fight these cases. Can you imagine what will happen if the Supreme Court rules it is ok to use FAKE ID for a driver's License? That ID can be used to VOTE, Cash Checks, OPEN ACCOUNTS.
How do these lawyers even consider bringing such a case, unless they know they will make money, win or lose?
Eventually, there will be another ruling out of the Supreme Court that encourages more of this nonsense. Like the case of illegal workers using a valid citizen's ID for work. They now can not be charged with AGGRAVATED ID THEFT if the "say" they did not know it belonged to a citizen.......Just like employers can not be fined unless they "knowingly" hire illegals.
