I fully believe that it's very likely some of these people are being paid off and that's why they don't want the fence.

Anything is possible - but not all of them.

More politicians - in high places - are protecting drug dealers, and benefitting from it, than are landowners.

There is something wrong with this fence situation.

Surely none of us believe it is truly because the government is interested in border security or because they think it will work. From past experience concerning this government and it's protection of illegal immigration and drug dealers, we have reason to think they wouldn't build a fence if they thought it would work.

So guess what, this government has dangled this carrot in front of us and because some living on the border may know enough to realize it won't work and they are only going to loose their land. This is land they have protected themselves one way or another, without much government help, and now the government wants to take it.

People are taking the word of this government, we know we can't trust. This is a government we know has acted against the American people time and again. We are believing them over the people who actually live there and know what is happening down there.

They are playing this to divide us. Here we have some thinking the landowners have no rights, no say, don't know what they are talking about, even helping drug dealers.

The government knows what it's doing - and once again we are dancing to their tune.
