Border Patrol Agents in North Dakota Arrest 8 Bolivians

Border Patrol Agents in North Dakota Arrest 8 Bolivian Nationals

    Release Date: June 24, 2020

Subjects previously found inadmissible to U.S.

PEMBINA, ND — U.S. Border Patrol agents from the Grand Forks Sector arrested eight Bolivian nationals illegally present in the United States near the Pembina Port of Entry early Saturday morning.

Eight Bolivian nationals arrested by US Border Patrol June 20

At approximately 12:30am on Saturday June 20, Agents assigned to the Pembina Station were notified by Sector radio communication of multiple subjects on foot west of the Pembina Port of Entry. Agents responded, wearing personal protective equipment, and located a group of eight approximately two miles west of the Port of Entry.

During a brief field investigation, it was determined that all subjects were citizens of Bolivia and that they had just crossed the international border from Canada without admission or parole.

“This apprehension is the result of our skilled Law Enforcement Information Systems Specialists detecting the group using surveillance capabilities. They were then able to relay the information to our Border Patrol agents in the field who responded and located the subjects. A great team effort,” said Acting Chief Patrol Agent William J. Maddocks.

During processing, it was revealed the group was a family that had been previously found inadmissible in 2019.
Upon the conclusion of processing all subjects were expelled back to Canada through the Emerson, Manitoba Port of Entry under the CDC Order which temporarily suspended the introduction of persons subject to the Order into the United States.

U.S. Customs and Border Protection is the unified border agency within the Department of Homeland Security charged with the management, control and protection of our nation's borders at and between official ports of entry. CBP is charged with securing the borders of the United States while enforcing hundreds of laws and facilitating lawful trade and travel.

    Expel back to Canada...GOOD!

Now Canada can contact their Embassy to pay for their transportation back to Boliva.

As it should be on our Southern Border. Expel them ALL back to Mexico and Mexico can contact their Embassies to pay for their transportation back home. We are not their travel agent to pay to fly them back! No more flights paid by the U.S. taxpayers!
ILLEGAL ALIENS HAVE "BROKEN" OUR IMMIGRATION SYSTEM

DO NOT REWARD THEM - DEPORT THEM ALL
