Border Patrol arrest 3 Illegal aliens with criminal records - News Release

Yuma Border Patrol Arrests 3 Illegal Immigrants with Criminal Records

    (Thursday, August 07, 2008)

Yuma, Ariz. – Border Patrol agents assigned to the Yuma, Ariz. station Tuesday evening arrested three illegal aliens with extensive criminal histories and immigration violations in two separate incidents.

About 6 p.m., agents discovered a set of footprints leading from the Colorado River near County 8 ½ Street. The agents tracked the prints to a field where they found an illegal alien attempting to evade them.

Fingerprint checks identified the alien as Juan Francisco-Flores and revealed a criminal history originating from the late 1980s with offenses including assault with a deadly weapon, inflicting injury upon spouse, driving under the influence and drug offenses. Francisco-Flores was also previously deported from the United States.

Later that evening, a Yuma camera operator assisted agents in the arrest of two more criminal aliens who utilized the same crossing point to enter the U.S. illegally.

Silvio Arrellano-Estrada, a alien with criminal history beginning in the 1990s, was found to have three previous arrests for various forms of theft to include shoplifting, vehicle theft and re-entry after deportation.

Records checks identified the last subject as Sacramento Velasquez-Morales. His varied immigration and criminal history includes 60 arrests, using 47 aliases, spanning from the mid 1970s to present for multiple battery/assault charges, narcotics, theft and public drunkenness in various states such as California, Washington, Texas and Arizona. Velasquez has multiple illegal entry offenses and has been formally removed from the U.S. on eight separate occasions.

All of the criminal aliens mentioned were prosecuted for illegal entry, re-entry after deportation and reinstatement of prior removal orders under Operation Streamline.

U.S. Customs and Border Protection is the unified border agency within the Department of Homeland Security charged with the management, control and protection of our nation's borders at and between the official ports of entry. CBP is charged with keeping terrorists and terrorist weapons out of the country while enforcing hundreds of U.S. laws. ... 2008_3.xml

Don't reward the criminal actions of millions of illegal aliens by giving them citizenship.

Oh come on... "They are only coming here to work".

Their job title is gangster, with experience in drug pushing, rape, assault, theft, and murder. No help wanted ads, and walk-ins are accepted.

Only eight deportations for Mr. Velasquez? Don't we ever learn the lesson that with deportation, these characters are back in here through the many tunnels?
