DHS is rotten to the core, just like the IRS and the VA. We should not have funded this agency this year until after removing funds for Obama's Amnesty including changing the use of immigrant paid fees which should all be dumped into General Revenue and then appropriated out, not kept by the agency unseen, unknown and unsupervised by Congress.
