This wouldn't surprise me. There is no way that anyone of money and influence would be forced to wait to be seen, even if it was only for something as minor as a splinter.

And, as we all know, Teddy does not lose sleep over worrying about how to afford all of that top of the line treatment, medications, or anything else he might need.
