Cedillos an idiot. This statement caught my eye the most outta this one. "It's JUST a license to drive." No, you jack-ass, driving is a priveledge-not a right. It is for American citizens who know how to do so and how to follow the rules of the raod.

You're lucky. Our son sold an old car. He actually sent in the transfer and change. But because the DMV did not record it in a timely matter and the driver had a ticket, my son had to pay the damages. He even had the receipts. I suggest you always walk your paperwork in and get a receipt from the DMV window.

Funny story,we donated an old car several years ago to a non-profit.

I went to a notary to have the work done and the notary advised me to sign off on the title, which I did.

When the tow truck came to pick up the car, the driver pitched a fit that I had signed the title over, yelling that the notary had no business telling me to do that and could get in legal trouble for advising that.

I looked at him and asked why he was all bent out of shape that I did that? I jokingly said something like "what's the big deal, are you giving the car to an illegal alien?" The expression on his face told me all I needed to know.

After he left, I called the notary to report what the driver had said.
I then reported the organization to ICE and the state AG's office. I don't think they're accepting donations anymore.

Or he was going to claim title himself, sell the car it to an illegal invader, and make a couple of bucks on the deal!
