I am glad Target has taken this step, and will drive a few miles further to shop there. This is what absolutely every American employer should do. Wally World (Wal-Mart) always blames the illegals working in their stores after closing on the janitorial subcontractors they hired. Plenty of ruckus over that a few years ago.

Yep...a follow up article is in the pipe line for sure. I bet the line will meander around the block.

Even a stupid brain surgeon can figure out why the predominantly Latino overnight shift was targeted while other employees were not.

Heard a couple days ago that a new W hotel was opening in California, and advertised for 400 positions. Eleven thousand people showed up.

Most of the questioned workers voluntarily resigned, Target spokeswoman Kate Gillen said. The Minnesota-based retailer would not say how many workers left the Walnut Creek store, but advocates for the employees say it was dozens.

Confused my ass, they knew exactly what they were doing. This, "I don't know anything" excuse is a joke. Great for admitting how long they have been ripping off US workers. They should be fined relative to the number of years they have worked illegally in the US.
