Put DHS, ICE, HHS, TSA, Border Patrol, and all homeland security agencies on Federal Land in New Mexico.

They have PLENTY of land. Consolidate these agencies for efficiency.

Build Federal Tent City on Federal Land with a panel of Federal Judges.

No jury, these foreigners are not our "peers". No U.S. taxpayer funded lawyers.

Move these agencies out of the SWAMP of D.C.

It will free up space in our Federal Buildings, it will free up housing in D.C. and the areas they are currently located. They are in high cost areas. It will save us billions of dollars.

They can have meetings via Skype.

All foreigners, non-citizens, illegal aliens, visa overstays, Federal Immigration & Visa Law violations and criminals get handed over to ICE and transported DIRECTLY to New Mexico!

Get them out of the local and state jurisdiction and out of the local courts and jails.

Local taxpayers should not pay the costs of Federal Immigration policies.

Relieve the local prisons and jails from overcrowding and the high costs of incarceration.

Relieve the local courts of these foreign citizens and their cases.

Create jobs and housing in New Mexico and streamline the process of prosecution, prison, and deportation!
