Where on earth does this sense of entitlement come from?

Because they've gotten away with having their way for so long. Its built in. They feel theres no stopping them.
    This will change.

"I think it will be the most dramatic march we've had to this point," organizer Rudy Gonzales said. "We want the ICE raids to end immediately.
"We want to build bridges and not walls between our countries," he said. "We want pathways to citizenship. We want to decriminalize immigration."
That's where you're wrong Rudy, we WANT to build walls to stop the invasion of freeloading, illiterate and unskilled people. They are not wanted nor welcome. If you are skilled, educated and SELF-SUPPORTING you may apply for admittance. If you are not, don't bother. We have enough of our own poor, we don't need nor want yours!

What is it the "World Can't Wait" for? Socialism and a one-world government where human rights and freedoms are thrown to the winds?

These people argue that we are violating the human rights of people who come into our country illegally, who steal the identities of hard-working U.S. Taxpayers, who commit countless violent crimes, and who have even aided terrorist gang members to come into this country to wreak havoc upon the American Citizens.

They claim that it is like Nazi Germany, when in truth the Nazi Party was the National Socialist Party which quickly turned on many of its citizens as soon as it got into power.

These people are comparing our action of standing up to the Illegal Immigration problem to the disgusting and reprehensible persecution of the Jewish population, a holocaust that should not have happened and which could have been prevented if people had not been so mesmerized by a maniacal Socialist.

These people fail to realize that, unlike the Illegal Aliens, the Jewish populations of each country they migrated into... Germany, Poland; etc.... contributed to the economies of those countries, hired citizens of those countries into their businesses, and migrated into those countries LEGALLY!!! Hello! Hello!! Hello!!!! The word is LEGALLY!!!

The Jewish people did not live off of the citizens of those countries into which they had migrated, nor did they expect to have the citizens of those countries take care of them through countless and unreasonable hand-outs. They did not want government hand outs at all and which were non-existent at that time, nor did they make unreasonable demands upon the other citizens of those countries. They did not insist or demand that the citizens of those countries speak the Hebrew language. The Jewish people were productive and hard-working souls who were self-sufficient, who were supportive of the nations into which they had migrated and who were loyal to the nations in which they lived; while still remaining proud of their heritage. Which is at it should be. It was the Socialist Party of Germany that turned on them as soon as that party came into power.

The Illegal Aliens are knowingly breaking our laws, encouraged by the Mexican Government which openly and ultimately wants to "take back" the United States which is not theirs to "take," and which wants to undermine our economy, the safety of our citizens, the rights of Americans to obtain jobs, the Social Security of our Senior Citizens, among many, many other crimes against U.S. Citizens.

So they think that we are not supposed to do anything to stop that?

We need to be very mindful of the fact that such actions of Illegal Aliens and the politicians who support them are undermining our security on several levels, including our basic human rights that are guaranteed by our Constitution. We need to elect only those politicians who are faithful to our Constitution, and who consider the needs and the rights of Americans first; those who will uphold the rights of all U.S. Citizens.

Remember that the President and our Congress are accountable only to one group of people: We, the people of the United States of America. We must never let that change! If our politicians cannot realize that, then they either have to be voted out of office or prevented from taking office to begin with by not giving them our votes.
Remember that*all Politicians work for us, the U.S. Taxpaying Citizens.* If they are not doing their jobs to your liking, FIRE THEM in the next elections.

    Protesters march for immigrant rights
    By Kirk Mitchell

More than 800 people joined a march supporting immigration rights this morning, culminating in a lunchtime, festival-like gathering at Lincoln Park.

The march began shortly after 9 a.m. at Rude Park and proceeded without any problems, police said.

"It's been a fantastic group. I think this went off without a hitch," said police Capt. Joseph Padilla. "They've all been cooperative."

A group calling itself "World Can't Wait" led the march.

"This is Germany in the 1930s all over again!" according to a press statement. "The past seven years of the Bush regime have seen a dramatic escalation of attacks on immigrants on many fronts."

But marchers say they don't believe there would be significant changes under a Barack Obama

Immigrant rights advocates marched on Denver on August 28, 2008. (SPECIAL TO THE DENVER POST | Nathan W. Armes)or John McCain administration.
"Obama has made no call to reverse this whole ugly program," the statement says. "Stop the attacks on Immigrants! Stop the ICE raids! Stop the Criminal Bush Program!"

Police monitored streets along the route after hearing reports that anti-immigration protesters might try to heckle the crowd, but they encountered no problems.

"We want to build bridges and not walls between our countries," march organizer Rudy Gonzales said. "We want pathways to citizenship. We want to decriminalize immigration."

March supporters included those with T-shirts that proclaim: "Immigrant rights are human rights."

Felipe Perez, 32, of Denver, said he is a first-generation citizen who lays tile for work, and that several members of his family were deported, including his aunt who was pregnant when one day she disappeared.

"We didn't know what happened to her. Something has to be done to open our borders. I still have family members who come here to make a better life," he said.

The Rev. Ron Stief, of Washington, D.C., helped organize the march. He said he has traveled the country visiting illegal immigrants held in detention centers.

"There is no issue more important than how we care for immigrants," he said. "The way that families cannot be united is a problem as well as the way people have been criminalized and end up in jail."

Aubrey Valencia, 32, of Aurora walked with her daughter, Jasmine, 6, to join the march.

"This is how she gets an education," said Valencia, who held her daughter home from school to march. "The goal is to teach history as it happens, about the democratic process, about social justice."

An older man watching the march commented, "I don't know how someone could stay home and watch Dr. Phil with all this going on, but they do."

    The audacity and gall.

The American people rose up and said NO more amnesties in June 2007, and nothing has changed. In fact, we are more insistent and demand that our laws finally enforced and we will not be fooled by euphemisms for amnesty anymore!

    Immigration Advocates March In Denver
    August 28, 2008

    By Mary Hudetz, AP Writer
DENVER (AP) ― Supporters of immigration rights marched through the city Thursday and called on Democrats to put discussions on the issue at the forefront of the national convention and the fall political campaigns.

The march was organized by Colorado members of the "We Are America Alliance," a national immigration-rights organization and took demonstrators across a city bridge within view of Invesco Field, where Barack Obama was scheduled to accept the Democratic presidential nomination Thursday night.

The march came on the final morning of the four-day Democratic National Convention.

"We feel we need to stand up," said alliance member Nita Gonzales. "There's been too little mentioned in the media and not enough attention during the convention on immigration reform."

Aztec-style dancers led the march. Members of clergy joined the parade, and an airplane etched "Peace" in the blue Denver sky.

Among the nearly 1,000 marchers was former Denver mayor Federico Pena, who is a co-chairman of Barack Obama's presidential campaign. With several others, he carried a banner saying "Immigration Rights Are Human Rights."

"Unfortunately, President Bush and the current Congress did not pass comprehensive immigration reform," Pena said. "They need to understand these immigrants are here to help our economy. They're here to take jobs most people don't want."

Pena, who has worked to court Hispanic voters for Obama, praised the Democratic candidate at a rally that ended the mile march.

Obama's position on immigration includes increasing border security and cracking down on employers exploiting undocumented workers, while offering a "pathway to citizenship" for those who learn English and pay back taxes and fines.

John McCain, who will become the Republicans' nominee next week in St. Paul, Minn., sponsored a bill in 2006 that would have permitted immigrants to apply for citizenship in the U.S. after learning English, paying fines and back taxes, and clearing a background check.

McCain has since shifted, and supports securing the border and building a fence.

"When he became a candidate for office," Pena said, "he turned his back on his own bill and does not support it as we think he should."

The crowd spread across the park lawn applauded, whistled and shouted.

As they paraded from a city park in west Denver and passed Invesco Field those marching waived American flags and signs, many of them saying "Build Bridges Not Fences."

One of the marchers' many chants: "This is what America looks like."

Hitler ? 1930's? ICE crack down???

Are we a country or a have we suddenly turned into Switzerland? We are a country that has it right to defend its borders, expel foreign invaders and enforce what the majority of the American people want! We are a sovergin country with laws that need to be enforced about illegal immigration, just like 90% of the rest of the free world!

Wake up America.. before English becomes an optional 2nd lauguage in the AMERICAN South West.

We are doing exzatly what they want. Being ignorant of whats going on.

If we built a 50 ft fence along the border and kept out everyone, just imigine what would happen?

Their own countries WILL CHANGE into something better! Take back THEIR streets, THEIR goverment and start change from within.
    America <div>Home of the free</div><div>Home of the brave</div><div>Home of 20 million illegal*alien villagers*and counting!*</div>
