Yes, and also, do an EO that authorizes state and local law enforcement agencies to engage in enforcing US immigration law. We have 5,000 ICE Agents, whereas state and local law enforcement has over 800,000 sworn, trained, experienced, equipped and paid police officers who know as well or better than anyone how to make a legal arrest and detain an illegal alien. Not all agencies will want to help, some are sanctuary cities and towns, even states, with removing illegal aliens. But there are far more who will want to participate and engage so long as they know they won't face reprisals or lawsuits from the federal government. Go even further and authorize the DOJ with the same EO to assist in the defense of any state or local law enforcement agency sued by the illegal alien or an advocacy group. UNITE!!!
