Absolutely true. Exactly how many times have I heard this right here on these forums. "Oh, but we don't have 60 votes in the Senate." One of our fellow members has said this repeatedly. Well, that's no excuse for not taking the vote. Allow the process to work and allow the American people to get actively involved ..... we would, without doubt, burn those phone lines up! We have the power to change minds if given the opportunity.
