This is good news. I posted this on ALIPAC when it first came up. I then started a letter campaign against this and UCLA's Labor College offering scholarships to Dreamers participating in a summper program dedicated to Activism. They did not say that the scholarships or low tuition was limited to California residents. The previous lawsuit against illegal students getting in-state tuition was dismissed because the plaintiff's were not California residents and the judge said they were not affected. I pushed the point that this was affecting California residents. Having a student in college in California I stated I was going to seek legal advice on a lawsuit. I am sure I am not the only parent that complained or threatened a lawsuit.
