Life in prison with no parole - and make sure it saturates the media (as much as possible) for months.

Unless and until these people pay a price and others know it, nothing will be done.

During a committee hearing I watched, they had learned that some government employees were watching porn at work from 2 to 6 hours and day - and they couldn't seem to find a way to fire them - let along prosecute them. I think they were suspended - probably with pay.

The did fire one who had child porn on his computer, though.

It seems if you are a bureaucrat, politician, illegal alien, etc., you are not bound by the law.
