Seems like the courts have ruled illegals are entitled to constitutional rights. If someone breaks in and enters your country, how would he have citizens' rights of our constitution? I'm ready for a biometric system for everyone - if you don't have a legal entry with permission via visa or travel pass with a time limit - you are out pronto. You no longer have a country if anyone that feels like it can live here and drop anchor babies for 18 yrs of free social services for each one - it is just open borders, globalism.
