Yes! They can set up a large air-conditioned tent city there in the big court yard and put cots in the Vatican in those large rooms and long hallways! They might have to move out some of the art and stuff they stole from the Jews during the War to make room, but that's okay. They can rent some public storage space for that or return it to their rightful owners.
