10-04-2017, 11:57 PM #1It's already dereliction of duty, Senator Grassley. I mean we have 30 million illegal aliens roaming our land, stealing jobs, killing people, robbing seats in colleges, sucking on welfare ... it's already a national crisis because of the dereliction of Congress and past Presidents.“It would be a dereliction of our duty if we fail to take steps to end at least some of the illegal immigration as we know it, and kick the can down the road so that a future Congress has to address this very same problem again in another 15 years,” Grassley said. “I’m confident that if everyone is reasonable, we can find a solution.”
The US Congress has spent a year investigating Russian Meddling in our elections, and all you've come up with is maybe some Russian people or companies bought $100,000 worth of Facebooks ads about topics of interest and concern like ILLEGAL IMMIGRATION. Why haven't you been investigating former administrations and campaigns about the scourge of illegal immigration and the impact of illegal aliens on our economy, wages, unemployment, poverty, debt, wages, education and healthcare, on top of our elections and interfering with our democracy??!!
Trump already has the solution. He ended DACA. That was his job. Now it's your job in Congress to Let It Die.
Now go pass repeal of Obamacare and tax cuts so we can get our American Show on the road.A Nation Without Borders Is Not A Nation - Ronald Reagan

It's important that we keep things in the proper perspective. He ended DACA. That was his job. Now it's your job in Congress to Let It Die.
Trump failed us on DACA long ago when he refused to keep his campaign promise to immediately end the program if elected. It's Texas AG Paxton and AG Jeff Sessions we have to thank for ending DACA, not Trump. Paxton for his threatened lawsuit and Sessions for his refusal to defend DACA in court.
The reason I think it's important we keep things in the proper perspective is because it provides us with some possible insight into Trump's true feelings and motivations on DACA. He was more than willing to allow the program to continue unabated until a fix was provided by the Congress to permanently protect the illegals enrolled in the program. He kept the program alive all this time knowing full well the program was unlawful and unconstitutional. In the early days of his presidency he told DACA members they had nothing worry about because he had a "big heart"."The only thing necessary for the triumph of evil is for good men to do nothing" ** Edmund Burke**

Well, you're certainly free to keep whatever perspective you choose to follow in mind and thank whoever you choose to thank. But when someone tells me they're going to end DACA and they do, I consider that a job well done.
Oh and maybe you missed this:
Ken Paxton, Texas A.G.: It’s up to Congress to decide what to do about DACA
By Sally Persons - The Washington Times
Tuesday, September 5, 2017
Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton said Tuesday that he wants Congress to decide what happens to children brought here illegally.
“We’re optimistic that something is going to happen that we can be happy with. We obviously have, with other states, threatened to sue if this is not rescinded. We’ve always believed that President Obama was operating outside it’s constitutional authority when he made up these new laws, and we’re just asking that if this his going to be done it be done the right way through Congress,” Mr. Paxton said on Fox News, referring to the Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals program.
Mr. Paxton, along with nine other state attorneys general, threatened legal action against the Trump administration if the DACA program was not dealt with. DACA allows children brought to the U.S. illegally to stay. The policy is not actually law, however, and Mr. Paxton said that former President Barack Obama didn’t have the authority to put the policy into place.
“It’s really up to Congress to decide what the best policy is for these kids that are already here. It’s not something that should be done unilaterally,” he said. “This is on Congress, and that’s all we’re saying.”

I wonder where we might be on our issue of stopping illegal immigration if any of the other 26 candidates for President from any of the political parties had won the 2016 election.
Would we have $1.6 billion added to the Obama Omnibus bill for border security last spring? Nope.
Would we have 8 different styles of prototype walls being constructed as we speak? Nope.
Would we have Jeff Sessions as Attorney General kicking the ass out of MS-13 and Sanctuary Cities? Nope.
Would we have the RAISE ACT in play? Nope.
Would we have a reduction in refugees? Nope.
Would we have dramatic reductions in border crossings? Nope.
Would we have significant increases in deportations? Nope.
Would we have a $15 billion border security bill introduced by Senator Cornyn? Nope.
Would we have an end to DAPA and Expanded DACA? Nope.
Would we have travel bans from terrorist countries? Nope.
Would we have and end to DACA 2012? OH HELL NO.
Would we have NAFTA in renegotiation and on verge of termination? Nope.
Would we have an end to catch and release? Nope.
Would we have 20% more immigration judges with more being requested? Nope.
Would Sheriff Joe be a free man? Nope.
Would we have revival of 287 (g) program and Secure Communities? Nope.
Would we have at least 10,000 more ICE Agents requested in FY 2018 Budget? Nope.
Would we have an expanded and energized Border Patrol? Nope.
And this is a small fraction of the work being done every day by this administration with the limited resources available to tackle this enormous problem and doing so against all odds with almost no help from Congress, the Courts, our Major Cities, MSM or even many States. Even most of the world and the Pope are against US and this President in our quest to end the scourge of illegal immigration into the United States, once and for all.
I'm not aware of any lawsuits or threats of lawsuits that forced Trump or anyone else to take all these steps for US. It's just my opinion of course, but unless there's a Court Order in force, I don't think Donald Trump is the type of guy who does much of anything he doesn't want to do.A Nation Without Borders Is Not A Nation - Ronald Reagan
