This man should NOT have lost his job over this. These words were not defamatory, and were not a personal attack on any individual or group.

Where does it say in our constitution that it is someone's right to not be offended!?!

Exactly. If a professor gets fired every time a student is offended, well....we're not going to have enough faculty left to teach those who want to be college educated.
