One of these days the eggheads in DOJ will realize that their department has caused this disastrous situation due to their complete inability to issue deportation orders. You don't need either a bond or detention if you've been deported and removed.

Congress needs to pass a bill to correct their error of placing deportation orders in the US Department of Justice and move this simple administrative matter back to INS (now DHS) where it was before Congress moved it to DOJ when the system worked pretty well.

This needs to be a top priority for Congress next year if Republicans win more seats.
