The states, families, towns and cities damaged by illegal immigration can all sue the federal government for failure to enforce US immigration law. It's clear cut dereliction of sworn duty with wanton disregard for the consequences. In addition, the people of the states paid for federal enforcement of US immigration law, but what did they get for their money? Nothing. The federal government can't sue the states for enforcing US immigration law, because the federal government can't sue a state or the people of the state for abiding federal law. The very notion shows clearly how disconnected this Administration is from the word "law".

The federal government can't even sue a state for violating civil rights, until civil rights are violated and there are victims with standing. Meanwhile, the unemployed, the underemployed, the underpaid, the over-taxed and the over-indebted people of the states and the United States all have standing to sue the federal government for the consequences of illegal immigration, not to mention those families who have lost their lives or been physically injured by illegal aliens who have wrongful death and personal injury lawsuits they can file against the federal government including the individual officials involved in deliberately failing to enforce as well as circumvent US immigration law. Why they haven't already filed these suits in the millions is beyond me.

This law is not a hastily put together piece of junk it will stand the test of the feds and the suits of all the opposition , Bring it on this is one fight they will not win , Obama loses this one big time
