Thread: House Considers If Obama's Actions on HHS Mandate, Fast and Furious, Recess Appoints

It is high time and past time for Americans in general to recognize Mr. Obama as an ENEMY COMBATANT.

He insinuated his way into the Oval Office by intrigue and racial intimidation, trickery and deceit, despite being constitutionally ineligible for the Presidency, because he is not a natural born citizen, which is:
"one born in the country of parents who are citizens"
{U.S. Supreme Court, Minor v. Happersett (1875) 88 US 167}.

Nearly everything he has done has been to the detriment of the U.S., often benefiting foreigners. even our enemies. Here are just a few of his areas of responsibility for which he has neglected, rejected, or actively thwarted his duty:

• the U.S. economy concerning jobs, government regulations, and fiscal restraint (QE1, QE2 . . .);
• U.S. foreign policies, both in support of our allies - specifically. the nation of Israel - and in repulsing our enemies - specifically, Is|amist terrorism, international Communism, drug and human traffickers, and threats to U.S. sovereignty from global governance;
• the U.S. armed forces and U.S. border security, protecting against the illegal alien invasion;
• to permit the U.S. to be supplied with oil, imported and domestic, from wells and drilling on land and offshore, and by extraction from oil shale;
• upholding uncensored expression in the lamestream media, which is the exact opposite of shutting down public access to the Internet (under the guise of protecting the U.S. from terrorist hackers, and for the common good);
• freedom of conscience in government mandates, and religious liberty in the public square as well as in churches,
• respect for law and order from the top down, and the authority of the U.S. Constitution in practice.

Four of his major victories as an ENEMY COMBATANT have been:

• distributing military armaments to enemies of the U.S., thereby providing those enemies with aid and comfort:
  firstly, in the Fast & Furious disaster, in which the BATF and DHS presided over permitting Mexican drug cartels and other Mexican criminals to purchase over 2000 military-grade weapons like Barret sniper rifles, fender-mounted .50 cal machine guns, and handheld automatic rifles; and
  secondly, in financing (now in process) for the Mus|im Brotherhood of Egypt a $1 billion purchase of two state-of-the-art German U-boats, like the six U-boats Israel recently purchased to protect her offshore drilling;
  
• debauching the currency - permitting Congress to run up the federal debt by nearly 60% in 3½ years;
  
• disrupting the constitutional separation of powers - enacting by Executive Order legislation that Congress would not enact for him, for example, the recent "deferment of enforcement" amnesty; and
  the DOJ picking and choosing which laws to enforce and which laws to ignore, thereby turning the judicial system on its head; and
  
• devaluating the ballot and defrauding the people of their right of self-determination by blocking the culling of dead or ineligible voters' names from the voter rolls, "misplacing" military absentee ballots, and "finding" (or fabricating after the fact) enough "stray" ballots to alter election results.

Legitimately ousting this ENEMY COMBATANT from the seat of power is far more important than specific issues or whose ox is being gored. It does little good to sweep away spider webs without removing the spider from the house. An impostor, fraud, or poseur cannot be impeached, only handcuffed and taken away - to GITMO, one may hope. If most of the power, heat, and light now focused against specific outrages - Obamacare, Fast & Furious, defiling traditional marriage - is somehow directed toward ousting the Kenyan British Protected Citizen, who is constitutionally ineligible to the Office of President, that all by itself can immediately halt the ongoing destruction this ENEMY COMBATANT is wreaking and has wreaked to date.

Or we can just wait until Nov. 7th and see what full-on election fraud and voter fraud on a national scale look like.
