'The Kenyan Wonder-Boy' calendar in the home of Obama’s Grandmother Sarah

Barack Obama’s step-grandmother in Kenya, Sarah Oyango Obama, has a 2005 poster calendar on the wall of her home that proclaims “The Kenyan Wonder-Boy in the U.S.: Senator Barrack Obama,” according to a British documentary film.

A clip of the documentary by Journeyman Pictures provides a close-up of the calendar, which was made when Obama was an Illinois state senator.
Mentions of the calendar on the Web date back to 2008, but the documentary film provides an exceptionally clear image of the wall poster.
Born in Mombasa?
In the documentary, “Obama’s Kenyan Roots,” Sarah mentions, according to a translation, it was a “happy occasion” for her to “meet her grandson” when Obama came to Kenya for a visit in 1987.
Much has been made, nevertheless, of a taped transatlantic telephone conversation between a minister in the U.S. and Sarah in 2009 in which the grandmother is purported to have said Barack Obama Jr. was born in Mombasa, Kenya, and she was present at the birth.
Philip J. Berg, the former Pennsylvania deputy attorney general who was among the first to pursue eligibility claims against Obama in the courts, included a transcript of the tape and sworn affidavits in a filing with the U.S. Supreme Court after lower courts dismissed as frivolous his complaint filed on Aug. 21, 2008, alleging that Obama was born in Mombasa.
American Christian minister Ron McRae, who described himself in his affidavit as an overseer of the Anabaptist Churches in North America and a “Presiding Elder on the African Presbytery,” conducted the telephone interview with Sarah.
McCrae, who called from Detroit, said Sara Obama was in a public setting with several hundred people listening to the telephone call on a speakerphone.
The interpreter was Vitalis Akech Ogombe, the community chairman of Sarah Obama’s village of Kyang’oma Kogelo in Western Kenya, 30 miles west of the Lake Victoria-city of Kisumu.
“In the ensuing public conversation, I asked Ms. Obama specifically, ‘Were you present when your grandson was born in Kenya?’” McRae testified in his sworn statement. “This was asked to her in translation twice, and both times she replied, “Yes! Yes she was! She was present when Obama was born.”
Controversy ensues
Critics pointed out many reasons to be skeptical of the claim, including the possibility something was lost in the translation between an American minister who presupposed Obama was born in Kenya and an elderly African woman who reportedly knows no English.
Amid cross talk in a combination of English, Swahili and the local Luo tribal dialogue, could she have understood McRae simply to be asking where she was when Barack Obama Jr. was born. Moreover, the critics argue, her interpreter immediately clarified that her famous grandson was born in Hawaii, not Kenya.

Many versions of the tape posted on the Internet by bloggers who contend it is evidence Obama was born in Kenya are cut off immediately after the point where the grandmother apparently affirms her presence at the birth. The truncated versions leave out the section in which the interpreter insists she actually meant the birth took place in Hawaii.
In addition, a March 27, 2007, story by Tim Jones published in the Chicago Tribune recounted how Sarah Obama received a letter from Barack Obama Sr. telling of his plan to marry Stanley Ann Dunham.
Sarah Obama’s husband, Hussein Onyango Obama, was said to be angered by the news.
Six months later, Jones reported, the Kenyan family received a letter announcing that Barack Obama Jr. had been born on Aug. 4, 1961.
The Tribune reporter noted an interview with Sarah Obama in which she said she was “so happy to have a grandchild in the United States.”
Aside from the inference that the grandmother first learned of the birth through a letter, the Kenyan patriarch’s anger over the marriage makes it even more unlikely Ann Dunham would have traveled to Kenya during her pregnancy.
Sarah Obama, who is not a blood relative of the president, is the third wife of Obama’s paternal grandfather. According to New York Times columnist Nicholas Kristof, who visited her village during the 2008 presidential campaign, the grandmother is illiterate and does not know when she was born. Several news reports say she was born in 1922.
The controversy over the tape centers on the interpreter present in Kenya during the interview. At the end of the tape, the interpreter can be clearly heard interjecting repeatedly that the grandmother said Obama was born in Hawaii.
However, two members of Sarah Obama’s Luo tribe who are fluent in the local Luo dialect, Swahili and English told WND that after carefully listening to the tape, they believe she declared Barack Obama Jr. was born in Mombasa, Kenya, and that she was present at the birth.
One of Kenyans who listened to the tape for WND has known Sarah Obama personally over many years. He has met with her repeatedly in her home village. The other Kenyan who listened to the tape for WND holds a respected position in the Kenyan government.
The WND source who knows Sara reported: “I have keenly and attentively listened to the tape over and over again, and I can confirm from Sarah’s own confession that Barack Obama was born in Kenya in her presence.”
He continued: “She was asked of his actual birthplace, and she affirmed she was actually there, present in person at his birth.”
He said that while the people in the room with Sarah Obama “tried as much as they could to change the tone of the whole story… to me it seems someone is coaching her from the background and seemingly trying to guide her on what to say.”
“I have listened to the tape,” he said. “The preacher asked whether Barack Obama was born in Mombasa and the translator asked the same. When she said Mombasa, it was like a surprise and those there thought she could not have meant to say Mombasa.”
The source said that at that point “they began insisting Hawaii was where Barack Obama was born.”
Sarah Obama can be heard uttering “Mombasa” in response to McRae’s questions about where Obama was born.
At the time, Alex Koppelman, the senior editor on Salon.com’s political “War Room” blog jumped into the fray to contend, “No, Obama’s grandmother didn’t say he was born in Kenya.”
In a column that attacked former CNN host Lou Dobbs and radio talk show host G. Gordon Liddy, Koppelman characterized Sarah Obama’s statement that Obama was born in Mombasa as “a mistake, a confusion in translation” that the family in Kenya attempted to correct, multiple times.
Dismissing the story a just another “birther myth,” Koppelman explained that “people who believe in a conspiracy theory simply hear what they want to hear.”

Chris Matthews goes ‘birther’ berserk

Broadcasting from outside the Republican National Convention Monday, MSNBC host Chris Matthews repeatedly blasted Romney for his “birther joke,” characterizing the presumptive Republican candidate’s remarks as racist and claiming the GOP intends to run a divisive campaign against Obama.

“Poor Barack Obama is vulnerable, because if he shows any anger, then he’s an angry black man,” Matthews said, implying Obama was a victim of a Republican Party decision to play the race card. “This is used over and over again as a dog whistle, and you don’t have to be a dog to hear it.”

In its coverage of the RNC, MSNBC has insisted the Republican Party is portraying Obama as “different” or not fully American.

“A president of the United States being forced to present his papers has this shoved in his face,” Matthews went on, claiming the controversy stemmed back to the Heritage Foundation in Washington, D.C.

Matthews contended the conservative think tank had argued Obama’s controversial health care plan was a form of European governmental socialism, because it wanted to send a message that Obama was not truly American.

Just a coincidence, I'm sure, but the DOJ investigation is enough of a
dark cloud to keep GOP convention goers away from Sheriff Joe until

U.S. Ends Criminal Probe of Controversial Arizona Sheriff

The federal government has closed a criminal probe of alleged financial misconduct by Arizona lawman Joe Arpaio, who styles himself as "America's toughest sheriff," saying no charges would be filed, the U.S. Attorney's Office said.

A separate federal investigation relating to allegations of civil rights abuses by Arpaio's office is continuing.

The announcement on Friday marked the end of an investigation that began in November 2010 at the behest of the Maricopa County Board of Supervisors to examine alleged financial improprieties by the county sheriff and his deputies.

A federal criminal inquiry into several of those matters was concluded last summer with the U.S. Attorney's Office in Arizona declining to initiate criminal charges.

Maricopa County authorities were informed on Friday that federal prosecutors likewise had declined to bring charges in connection with allegations that the sheriff's office had misused county credit cards or misspent money from jail facilities excise taxes.

In addition, the U.S. Attorney's Office declined to prosecute two former officials of the county attorney's office who were accused of wrongfully prosecuting a local judge.

Assistant U.S. Attorney Ann Birmingham Scheel said in a statement that her office "is closing its investigation into allegations of criminal conduct by current and former members of the Maricopa County Sheriff's Office and the Maricopa County Attorney's Office."

Arpaio, 80, who is seeking re-election in November to a sixth term, has been under a separate federal inquiry since 2008 over allegations that he and his deputies engaged in an extensive pattern of civil rights abuses.

Arpaio has denied any wrongdoing.

The Justice Department's long-running civil rights probe of Arpaio led to a lawsuit in May accusing the sheriff and his office of racial profiling and unlawful arrests of Latinos in a bid to crack down on illegal immigration.

The civil suit also accused Arpaio's office of routinely violating the constitutional free-speech rights of political opponents by retaliating against them through unsubstantiated legal action, including unlawful arrests.

Dempsey said he believes partisan groups made up of former service members cloud the issue as well. “If someone uses the uniform for partisan politics, I’m disappointed in that,” he said. “I think it erodes that bond of trust we have with the American people.”

Besides General Dempsey’s rap on the Seals, the talking heads and pundits are saying that the Navy Seals have every right to speak, but they must remain “neutral” and show no partisanship. So what does this mean? Does it mean every vet that ever served our country has no right to be partisan or speak out about what they see is wrong once they are retired from whatever force they served, Army, Marine, Navy, etc.?

I beg to differ. These men are following their code of their oath to our Constitution and pointing out we have a traitor in the White House who leaked classified information which could do harm to Navy Seals and other special ops teams in the field right now.

Who else is going to hold the White House accountable for their leaks? This came from the top, someone in Obama’s close circle who leaked secrets. As usual the press fails us. The leaks hardly get a mention.

But, when Dick Armitage “outed” Valerie Plame who was a CIA agent, but not undercover, the cry and hue by the demons was loudly banged on every day, day after day. A special prosecutor was appointed and the wrong man was prosecuted, Scooter Libby.

Where are the media now? This leaking from the White House is much, much worse than a has been, partisan hack like Valerie Plame.

Where is the special prosecutor now? What is being done to find out from where classified information and secrets came?

Who does this Dempsey think he is to try to shut down and shut up vets in this country. They are not in uniform. They are retired. [These retired Navy SEALs have a legitimate beef with security leaks from the Obama White House.] And of all citizens in this country, our vets should be able to voice their opinions. I don’t see where this causes a distrust between us and the military.

However, what Dempsey said does cause me to feel distrust of HIM!

No doubt he is a turn coat in the Liar in Chief’s administration. That’s what I think. He made me sick with his comments.

An observant reporter at the Democratic National Convention came across a shocking bit of “kitsch” for sale that seems to suggest God so loved the world, He sent us … Barack Obama.

“The Cult of Obama staggers on,” writes David Weigel of Slate.com. “The streets near the convention zone are dotted with vendors selling for-us-by-us Obama merch [sic].”

Among the available merchandise, Weigel came across a photo calendar attributed to James Hickman and offered by a man who reportedly claimed to be Hickman’s nephew..

Most of the calendar’s months are filled with complimentary photos of Obama and factoids about the history of black Americans, but for the August entry (the month of Obama’s birth), the photo features the short-form birth certificate originally purported to be Obama’s and the words, “Heaven Sent: For God so loved the world, that he have his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life – John 3:16.”

While the biblical verse refers to Jesus Christ as the sent Son of God, the calendar page, with Obama’s purported birth certificate and a separate photo of sunlight streaming down on the sitting president’s profile, seems to suggest the “heaven sent” is not Jesus, but Obama.

Nothing visible on the calendar suggests it is connected in any way to the Obama re-election campaign, but a video posted by Hickman shows him distributing promotional materials for the calendar earlier this year in Atlanta and explaining his adoration for Obama.

“We’ve got to get out and vote for the president,” Hickman states. “We just can’t forget about the last for years and what he did for us. Hey! That’s a hard-working man. I give up love and everything to Obama.”

Hickman’s speech is immediately followed by Obama supporting signs reading “I love you President Obama! God bless you!” and “God has spoken … another 4 yrs!”

As WND has reported, the adoration of Obama has often strayed into near deification.

“Obama is, of course, greater than Jesus,” the Dutch newspaper Politiken opined in 2009.

The editorial, written on the occasion of a legislative vote in favor of Obama’s plan for a health care takeover by the government, cited “the right of every American not to be financially shipwrecked when their health fails” as well as the “biggest ever financial support package in America’s history, a major disarmament agreement and the quickest-ever re-establishment of American reputation.”

“On the other hand, we have Jesus’ miracles that everyone still remembers, but which only benefited a few. At the same time, we have the wonderful parables about his life and deeds that we know from the New Testament, but which have been interpreted so differently over the past 2000 years that it is impossible to give an unequivocal result of his work,” the newspaper said.

WND has reported on the multiple references and suggestions of Obama’s diety, including when British recording artist Sting said President Obama could be the answer to the world’s problems – the divine answer.

“In many ways, he’s sent from God, because the world’s a mess,” he said in interview with the Associated Press at the time.

Earlier, it was an associate editor at a college newspaper who wrote, “Obama is my Jesus.”

Maggie Mertens, the associate editor at the campus paper at Massachusetts’ Smith College, said, “Obama is my homeboy. And I’m not saying that because he’s black – I’m saying that in reference to those Urban Outfitters T-shirts from a couple years ago that said, ‘Jesus is my homeboy.’ Yes, I just said it. Obama is my Jesus.”

Her confession came in the Smithsophian’s commentary section under the headline: “I Will Follow Him: Obama As My Personal Jesus.”

“While you may be overtly religious and find this to be idol-worshiping, or may be overtly politically correct and just know that everything in that sentence could be found offensive, I’m afraid it’s true anyway,” she wrote.

Also, an artist who planned to unveil a portrait of Obama in a Christ-like pose with a crown of thorns upon his brow canceled the event due to “overwhelming public outrage.”

And it was Nation of Islam leader Louis Farrakhan who declared when Obama talks, “the Messiah is absolutely speaking.”

There also was the development during Obama’s campaign when a website called “Is Barack Obama the Messiah?” captured the wave of euphoria that followed the Democratic senator’s remarkable rise.

The site was topped by an Obama quote strategically ripped from a Jan. 7, 2008, speech at Dartmouth College just before the New Hampshire Primary in which he told students, “A light will shine through that window, a beam of light will come down upon you, you will experience an epiphany, and you will suddenly realize that you must go to the polls and vote” for Obama.

It is high time and past time for Americans in general to recognize Mr. Obama as an ENEMY COMBATANT.

He insinuated his way into the Oval Office by intrigue and racial intimidation, trickery and deceit, despite being constitutionally ineligible for the Presidency, because he is not a natural born citizen, which is:
"one born in the country
of parents who are citizens"
{U.S. Supreme Court, Minor v. Happersett (1875) 88 US 167}.

Nearly everything he has done has been to the detriment of the U.S., often benefiting foreigners. and even our enemies. Here are just a few of his areas of responsibility for which he has neglected, rejected, or actively thwarted his duty:

• the U.S. economy concerning jobs, government regulations, and fiscal restraint (QE1, QE2 . . .);
• U.S. foreign policies, both in support of our allies - specifically. the nation of Israel - and in repulsing our enemies - specifically, Is|amist terrorism, international Communism, drug and human traffickers, and threats to U.S. sovereignty from global governance;
• the U.S. armed forces and U.S. border security, protecting against the illegal alien invasion;
• to permit the U.S. to be supplied with oil, imported and domestic, from wells and drilling on land and offshore, and by extraction from oil shale;
• upholding uncensored expression in the lamestream media, which is the exact opposite of shutting down public access to the Internet (under the guise of protecting the U.S. from terrorist hackers, and for the common good);
• freedom of conscience in government mandates, and religious liberty in the public square as well as in churches,
• respect for law and order from the top down, and the authority of the U.S. Constitution in practice.

Four of his major victories as an ENEMY COMBATANT have been:

• distributing military armaments to enemies of the U.S., thereby providing those enemies with aid and comfort:
  firstly, in the Fast & Furious disaster, in which the BATF and DHS presided over permitting Mexican drug cartels and other Mexican criminals to purchase over 2000 military-grade weapons like Barret sniper rifles, fender-mounted .50 cal machine guns, and handheld automatic rifles; and
  secondly, in financing (now in process) for the Mus|im Brotherhood of Egypt a $1 billion purchase of two state-of-the-art German U-boats, like the six U-boats Israel recently purchased to protect her offshore drilling;
  
• debauching the currency - permitting Congress to run up the federal debt by nearly 60% in 3½ years;
  
• disrupting the constitutional separation of powers - enacting by Executive Order legislation that Congress would not enact for him, for example, the recent "deferment of enforcement" amnesty; and

Legitimately ousting this ENEMY COMBATANT from the seat of power is far more important than specific issues or whose ox is being gored. It does little good to sweep away spider webs without removing the spider from the house. An impostor, fraud, or poseur cannot be impeached, only handcuffed and taken away - to GITMO, one may hope. If most of the power, heat, and light now focused against specific outrages - Obamacare, Fast & Furious, defiling traditional marriage - is somehow directed toward ousting the Kenyan British Protected Citizen, who is constitutionally ineligible to the Office of President, that all by itself can immediately halt the ongoing destruction this ENEMY COMBATANT is wreaking and has wreaked to date.

Or we can just wait until Nov. 7th and see what full-on election fraud and voter fraud on a national scale look like.

It is high time and past time for Americans in general to recognize that Mr. Obama is an ENEMY COMBATANT.

He insinuated his way into the Oval Office by intrigue and racial intimidation, trickery and

supplying the U.S. with both domestic and imported oil;

upholding uncensored expression in the lamestream media,

freedom of conscience in government mandates and

religious liberty in the public square as well as in churches,
respect for law and order from the top down and
the authority of the U.S. Constitution in practice.

Three of his greatest victories as an ENEMY COMBATANT have been:

• debauching the currency - permitting Congress to run up the federal debt by nearly 60% in 3½ years;
• disrupting the constitutional separation of powers - enacting by Executive Order legislation that Congress would not enact for him, for example, the recent "deferment of enforcement" amnesty; and the DOJ picking and choosing which laws to enforce and which laws to ignore, thereby turning the judicial system on its head; and

Obama lawyer warned against certifying eligibility

'For any party official to do so would be to perjure him or herself'

A former U.S. Justice Department attorney who founded the government watchdog Judicial Watch and later Freedom Watch has warned a key Barack Obama attorney that Democratic Party or state elections officials certifying Obama’s eligibility for the 2012 election could be charged with election fraud.

Larry Klayman explains in a letter that election officials can not be certain of Obama’s eligibility, and the law doesn’t allow them to make assumptions.

The letter to Robert Bauer, general counsel to the Democratic National Committee, points to evidence of Obama’s ineligibility that would make letters from the DNC to states regarding his candidacy problematic.
“There is therefore no longer any state or national official in the Democratic Party who can escape legal responsibility for ignoring the proof herein provided, and a plea of ignorance of the facts will no longer be possible, especially under the informed legal counsel provided by you (and your state counterparts), Mr. Bauer,” Klayman wrote.

“At the same time that you are receiving this legal analysis, each DNC Executive Committee member – as well as each state Democratic Party chair, secretary of state, and state attorney general – is receiving a certified letter advising them of the legal jeopardy in which they place themselves should they proceed – in light of the facts herein presented – to certify to state or national election officials that Barack Hussein Obama is the constitutionally and legally qualified Democratic candidate for president of the United States.”

Such verifications, if created, would be “perjurious,” Klayman said.

Arizona’s inquiry

The evidence Klayman cites in the letter includes Arizona Secretary of State Ken Bennett’s highly publicized request of the state of Hawaii to verify that the likely Democratic nominee is a “natural-born citizen.”
WND reported Bennett eventually closed his inquiry without obtaining any pertinent documentation.

Bennett formally inquired of Hawaii for verification of Obama’s birth records, and when he received a statement from state officials announced his inquiry was closed.

“As to whether the president was born in Hawaii, personally I believe he was,” he said. “I actually think he was fibbing about being born in Kenya when he was trying to get into college.”

But Bennett said all clearly was not above board.

“I think he has spent $1.5 to $2 million through attorneys to have all the college records and all that stuff sealed,” Bennett said. “So if you’re spending money to seal something, that’s probably where the hanky panky was going on.”

Maricopa County, Ariz., Sheriff Joe Arpaio continues to investigate Obama’s eligibility after determining that the image of a birth document posted online by the White House is fraudulent.

Path to conclusion

Klayman’s path to the conclusion that no one really can know Obama’s eligibility wasn’t complicated.

He contended Hawaii State Registrar Alvin Onaka “failed” to provide verification to Bennett of Obama’s birth information.
He did, however, verify that “the information in the copy of the Certificate of Live Birth for Mr. Obama that you attached with your request matches the original record in our files.”

Mr. Onaka undeniably failed to verify that the image posted at whitehouse.gov “is a true and accurate representation of the original record.”

But Klayman explained state law requires Onaka to furnish “in lieu of the issuance of a certified copy, a verification of the existence of a certificate and any other information that the applicant provides to be verified.”

Klayman said the law leaves Onaka with no option and “the only legal reason for Onaka to not verify those facts is if he can’t legally do so. Since he verified that those claims are on the record in the DOH files, the record itself must not have ‘probative value.’

“The only legal reason for not verifying that the posted long-form ‘is a true and accurate representation of the original record in [the DOH] files’ is if it is not. There is no other plausible explanation,” Klayman said.

WND called Bauer’s firm, Perkins Coie, for comment, but there was no response on the holiday today.

Altered

Klayman said the only Hawaii statute allowing birth certificates “to be non-legally binding” is the law regarding “late” or “altered” certificates, which states: “The probative value of a ‘late’ or ‘altered’ certificate shall be determined by the judicial or administrative body or official before whom the certificate is offered as evidence.”

“Unless and until Mr. Obama’s original birth record, on file with the Department of Health in Hawaii, is presented as evidence to a judicial or administrative body or official, it cannot legally be considered to have probative value. In other words … it cannot stand alone without further corroboration, as required by an ‘administrative body or official,” Klayman wrote.

Klayman’s conclusion is that “no one can state with any legal certainty that candidate Obama is even old enough to be president, much less that he meets the exclusively high bar of ‘natural-born citizen’ status, required by Article II, Section I, Clause 5.”

He noted at this point, “No one can legally swear that Mr. Obama is constitutionally eligible to be president; and because the DNC bylaws require the Democratic presidential candidate to be constitutionally eligible, there is also, therefore, no party official who can legally swear that Mr. Obama is the ‘legally qualified candidate’ of the Democratic Party, under its own bylaws.”

Perjury

For a party official to declare Obama eligible “would be to perjure him or herself,” he wrote.

Klayman told Bauer that in 2008 the Hawaii Democratic Party “removed the standard language heretofore employed certifying the ‘constitutional eligibility’ of candidates Obama and Biden.”

“In other words, the state party most keenly aware of Mr. Obama’s existing records would not (and did not) certify their constitutional eligibility,” he said. However, at the same time, “then-Speaker Nancy Pelosi, did certify their constitutional eligibility [to present] to election officials in Hawaii, while removing that same standard language [when it was] presented in at least some (if not all) of the remaining states.”
Klayman, whose high-profile legal career has included lawsuits against OPEC, Cuban interests, Mahmoud Ahmadinejad and Hugo Chavez, told WND the letter puts Democrats on notice that certifying Obama’s eligibility without having the actual knowledge opens them up to liability for making false statements.

2008 documents

WND reported early in Obama’s term on the Democrats’ certification of Obama’s eligibility for the 2008 election.
A commentator at Canada Free Press first exposed the Democratic National Committee used two separate forms to affirm Obama’s constitutional eligibility to be president and then said Democrats failed to certify their candidate’s eligibility in 49 of the 50 states.
“In most states,” Williams wrote, “it appears that the DNC never certified constitutional eligibility for Barack Hussein Obama, despite their many claims of proper vetting and certification, all of which we now know to be false.”

Williams posted copies of two documents apparently prepared by Democrats to certify Obama as their nominee for president, one that contains language affirming his constitutional eligibility and filed in Hawaii (where state law requires the specific language) and another omitting the language and filed in the remaining 49 states.

The first includes a verification that Obama and Joe Biden, then candidate for vice president, “are legally qualified to serve under the provisions of the United States Constitution.”
