    Sebastian Medina-Cuabras, aka Carlos Lopez-Barraza, 39,was transferred to the custody of representatives from Mexico's Procuraduria General de la Republica (PGR) and Mexican immigration officials by ERO officers at the Nogales (Arizona) DeConcini Port of Entry.

    ICE removes Dominican national wanted for murder
    Martires Molvan-Figeureo, 54, was escorted by ERO officers via an ICE Air Ops charter flight to Louisiana, where he then boarded a flight to the Dominican Republic, where he was turned over to local authorities. He entered the United States legally, but failed to depart the U.S. as required.

    Joseph Edmond Cleveland, 25, of El Paso, Texas, was sentenced by U.S. District Judge Janis to 15 months in prison. In handing down the sentence, Judge Jack noted an aggravating factor that Cleveland attempted to use his status as a serviceman to avoid detection.

    2 Illinois men charged with aggravated identity theft, making false claims to US citizenship, other related crimes
    Miguel Valencia-Sandoval, 33, of Champaign, Illinois, made his initial appearance in federal court in Urbana Thursday. The indictment charges Valencia-Sandoval with aggravated identity theft and making a false statement of U.S. citizenship in April 2012 on a U.S. passport application by allegedly using another person’s identity and stating he was a U.S. citizen when he was not.

    According to court documents, Bruce Lee Scott, 30, received numerous images of child pornography through an internet-based file sharing program. After conducting a search warrant on his residence, investigators found that Scott possessed more than 1,000 pictures and 46 videos of child pornography on his laptop.

    According to the one-count criminal complaint charging Misael Medero-Garcia, 29, with production of child pornography, from July 2015 through Nov. 2016, Medero-Garcia allegedly employed, used, persuaded, induced, enticed and coerced a 15-year-old female identified as “Minor Female 1”, to engage in sexually explicit conduct for the purpose of producing a visual depiction of such conduct.

    Paul Bradley Meagher, 43, of Grand Forks, North Dakota, was sentenced by U.S. District Judge Ralph R. Erickson to serve 10 years in prison. Meagher had previously pleaded guilty plea to receiving and distributing child pornography via the internet.

    Joseph Gould, 31, of McHenry, Illinois, was charged in McHenry County Circuit Court with three counts of disseminating child pornography (Class X felonies punishable by six to 30 years in prison), and seven counts of possessing child pornography (Class 2 felonies punishable by three to seven years in prison).

Counterman’s co-defendant, Robert Loya, 52, was sentenced to 10 years in federal prison followed by five years of supervised release.

    Aryan Brotherhood Members Sentenced in Texas Meth Distribution Conspiracy


    FEB 10 (FT. WORTH, TEXAS)


    Seven defendants, including members and associates of the Aryan Brotherhood of Texas prison gang were sentenced this week by U.S. District Judge John McBryde. U.S. Attorney John Parker of the Northern District of Texas made today’s announcement. In September 2016 they were convicted following a four-day jury trial for their roles in a methamphetamine distribution conspiracy that operated in north Texas from approximately January 2014 to April 2016.
