Francisco Escobar-Orellana, an unlawfully present Honduran national, was arrested by ICE deportation officers Tuesday morning near his Hope Mills residence during a targeted enforcement operation in concert with ICE Homeland Security Investigations special agents.

Servando Camacho-Velazquez (aka El Baron), 47, was transferred to the custody of representatives from Mexico’s Procuraduria General de la Republica (PGR) and Mexican immigration officials by ERO officers at the DeConcini Port of Entry in Nogales.

Constante Alvino Ore-Riveros, 64, is a citizen of Peru and a U.S. permanent resident. He is alleged to have sexually assaulted a 14-year-old girl in New Jersey, resulting in the birth of a child in November 2014.

Dominican fugitive wanted for murder arrested in New Jersey
Kelbin Perez De Los Santos, 35, wanted by the Dominican authorities for homicide, was taken into ICE custody on Tuesday. Perez De Los Santos allegedly shot and killed a victim during a dispute in Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic, and fled to New Jersey in 2016.

ICE detainee in Georgia sentenced for threatening federal officials
According to court documents, Delroy Anthony McLean, 42, threatened to “bash the head” of a federal immigration judge and also threatened the life of the judge’s husband during court proceedings. McLean was convicted of threatening a federal official after a jury trial Oct. 4-5 in Columbus.

3 people plead guilty to conspiracy to import and traffic counterfeit electronic products
Andreina Becerra, 31, a Venezuelan national, Roberto Volpe, 34, an Italian national, and Rosario La Marca, 54, an Italian national and resident of Naples, Italy, were originally charged in an eight-count indictment returned in April 2015 with importing and trafficking fake iPhones, iPads and iPods bearing counterfeit Apple trademarks, and fake camcorders bearing counterfeit Sony trademarks, as well as smuggling, structuring and international money laundering.

Washington man sentenced to 5 years on child pornography charges
Kevin Michael Dettmer, 34, first came to the attention of HSI when he responded to a personal ad posted by an undercover HSI special agent. According to court documents, Dettmer began soliciting images from individuals he believed to be 12 and 13-year-old children.

ERO officers arrested Marques Velasquez Feb. 16 in Queens, New York, pursuant to a final order of removal. He has been processed and is now in ERO detention pending removal.

Houston man sentenced to 80 years in prison for multiple counts involving child pornography
William Lee Niver, 49, of Houston, was sentenced Feb. 17 by U.S. District Judge Gray Miller to 360 months in prison for the sexual exploitation of a child, otherwise known as production of child pornography.

FDNY Medical Technician arrested for child pornography charges
Alfred Pabon, 49, was arrested at his residence in the Bronx, New York. On the morning of his arrest, he had admitted to law enforcement that he had used his account to copy and forward images and videos containing child pornography as recently as within the last month.

Jorge Soberanis-Rumaldo, an unlawfully present Mexican national, was arrested by ICE deportation officers Friday morning at his Atlanta residence during a targeted enforcement operation in concert with the U.S. Marshals Service Southeast Regional Fugitive Task Force.

ICE HSI arrests Los Angeles-area man on federal charges for advertising, distributing, and possessing child pornography
Jerry Glen Moran Jr., 63, of Perris, was taken into custody without incident pending an arraignment in U.S. District Court. Moran is named in a four-count indictment handed down Feb. 8 charging him with one count of advertising child pornography, two counts of distributing child pornography, and one count of possession of child pornography.

Nathaniel Tejeda, 30, of Reno, Nevada, appeared for his sentencing hearing in U.S. District Court Feb. 9. He was indicted in April 2016 for producing and distributing child pornography depicting infants and toddlers.

Six current and former TSA employees, Jose Cruz-Lopez, Luis Vázquez-Acevedo, Keila Carrasquillo, Carlos Rafael Adorno-Hiraldo, Antonio Vargas-Saavedra and Daniel Cruz-Echevarria allegedly smuggled multi-kilogram quantities of cocaine while employed as TSA officers at the San Juan airport.
