I agree. If illegals get in-state tuition an American kids should sue the government, and state and university for accepting an illegal with in-state tuition. If you are injured or anything else by an illegal you sue the city, state, and Feds for not protecting you and not enforcing our immigration laws.

The problem is that the illegals have huge and well funded support groups that pounce on any perceived issue they can and utilize the millions upon milions of dollars they have that have been given to them from our own government, huge corporations and OBL/globalist supporters like George Soros and Bill Gates. With all this money, they can carry out lawsuits, using the "aggrieved" illegal peons as their pawns and well experienced lawyers to try to obtain their goals. On the other hand, we have no well funded suppot groups, if any groups at all and must usually "go it alone" which is far too expensive for the average Joe.
