Illegal Immigrants Deserve No Pass

Illegal immigrants deserve no pass.

To Mr. Hunter: Your letter about Sheriff Mark Curran’s statement to an audience about illegals does not need defending by you.

He made the comment and people took it for his true feelings.

Just because illegal immigrants were able to sneak across America's undefended borders and have an anchor baby to "hopefully" keep them here does not mean that if one of them is breaking the law, that the other parent and child should be given amnesty and then we, the American taxpayers, support them.

The sheriff would not need thick skin if he did exactly what we elected him to do and did not try and defend criminals.

If these people are into the big-time drug business we are seeing so much of in the news all across the nation, then one part of that family is not the only one involved in the drug trade - they are all are part of it.

Any person here without going through proper entry and obtaining the necessary "legal" U.S. documents should absolutely be denied any of the rights America's laws give to its citizens and denied any help or respect due to their being here illegally.

They are law breakers just by being here illegally, and it is your and Sheriff Curran’s job to do whatever is needed to control them and/or remove them from our country - period.

These people absolutely do not respect our country, which is giving them a better life.

They refuse to learn our country’s language, they disrespect our flag, and they get a lot of free things all thanks to AMERICAN CITIZENS.

Car insurance? What’s that?

Income tax? Social Security?

They don’t pay into that! Why pay for health care when they can go to any E.R. And get treated for free, but American citizens' taxes increase greatly?

We, the citizens of the U.S., demand you be the law enforcement agency you are supposed to be!
