BATON ROUGE, LA – Louisiana Attorney General Jeff Landry’s Office has arrested yet another illegal immigrant for Internet Crimes Against Children.


“My office and I are committed to doing all we legally can to protect Louisiana’s children,” said General Landry. “This includes arresting a number of illegal immigrants who have inflicted damage on our State’s citizens.”


Guillermo Antonio Bethancourth 42, who was illegally residing in Baton Rouge, was arrested by General Landry’s Cyber Crime Unit on 117 counts of possession of pornography involving juveniles under the age of 13 years old, 50 counts of production of pornography involving juveniles under the age of 13 years old, and 50 counts of video voyeurism.


The arrest was a result of a joint investigation with the Louisiana Bureau of Investigation Cyber Crime Unit, the Louisiana Bureau of Investigation Fugitive Apprehension Unit, the Department of Homeland Security, and the Louisiana State Police. Bethancourth was booked into the East Baton Rouge Parish Prison and a detainer was placed on him by Homeland Security Investigations.


“Internet crimes against children inflict continuous and life-long damage,” added General Landry. “Every time a video or image is viewed, a child is re-victimized.”


General Landry cited this arrest and the numerous others made by his office as proof illegal immigration impacts more than just “border states.” He once again called on Congress to back President Donald Trump’s efforts for comprehensive immigration reform.


“Too many Louisiana families have been victimized by criminals who should never have been in our country,” concluded General Landry.



“Congress must join the President and secure our Southern border in name only.”

Illegal Alien Charged With Rape In Custody After 17 Years On The Run

SONOMA COUNTY, CA (Fox News) – California investigators on Monday announced the arrest of a man who had escaped to Mexico after allegedly raping a 16-year-old girl in 2002.


Juan Martinez Lopes, 39, was arrested last month and charged with rape and kidnapping, according to the Sonoma County Sheriff’s Office, which called the crime a random act.
Lopes was accused of raping the girl in a field in Santa Rosa and then raping her again when he caught her after she broke free and tried to run away, Sgt. Juan Valencia said.


Eventually, the girl was able to break free a second time, Valencia said. “She hid inside a nearby unlocked vehicle until Lopes was gone. Then she found a telephone and called for help,” he said.
He said Lopes was identified as a suspect when the teenager picked him out of a photo lineup.


Lopes then took off to Mexico and a warrant was issued for his arrest, the sergeant said.


The case went cold until last month when Lopes was picked up for public intoxication in Madera County, according to Valencia.


“Domestic Violence Sexual Assault Detectives obtained a search warrant for Lopes’ DNA and drove to Madera County to collect a sample of Lopes’ DNA as evidence,” he said.


Valencia said the evidence obtained from the victim’s forensic examination linked Lopes to the crime.

Illegal Alien Caught Distributing Child Porn (Victims Between 4-6 Years-Old)

QUINCY, FL (WCTV) – A 42-year-old undocumented immigrant from Mexico was arrested in Quincy on Thursday for 15 counts of possession of child pornography, the Florida Department of Law Enforcement said.


FDLE said it, the Gadsden County Sheriff’s Office SWAT team and U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement executed a search warrant at 1009 West King Street.


According to FDLE, it was discovered at the time of the arrest Irving Mendoza is an undocumented Mexican national living in the United States illegally. The Gadsden County Sheriff’s Office said five other suspects who were occupying the residence and in the country illegally were arrested.


This arrest came after FDLE started investigating tips about child pornography uploads in September 2019. The investigation showed Mendoza was responsible for uploading many images of child porn depicting children between four and six years old.


He was booked into the Gadsden County Jail.

Illegal Alien Raped Little Girl In Louisiana

ST. MARY PARISH, LA (KATC) – The St. Mary Parish Sheriff’s Office has arrested one man after a rape investigation.


Sheriff Blaise Smith announced on Tuesday that Martin Humberto Montes Dimas, 36, of Amelia, was arrested earlier the same morning on a warrant for First Degree Rape.


Detectives with the Investigations Division with the assistance of U.S. Border Patrol made contact with Montes Dimas during an active investigation of the rape of a female juvenile who was under 13 at the time of the incident.


A warrant was obtained for Montes Dimas’ arrest. He was arrested and transported to the St. Mary Parish Law Enforcement Center for booking. Bail has not been set.


Chief Gregory K. Bovino of the U.S. Border Patrol in New Orleans commented on the arrest and the work that led up to the arrest.


“The St. Mary’s Parish Sheriff’s Office, through diligent, focused law enforcement action, took an illegal alien child predator off the street. Great job by that office. I cannot stress enough that what happens on the border will ultimately affect communities across the entire country.


The alleged rape of a child is heartbreaking, but it’s all the worse when committed by an illegal alien, with a significant criminal history, who should never have been here in the first place.”


Sheriff Blaise Smith was also complimentary of his Investigations and Patrol Divisions in their involvement in the case and the arrest.


“I am very proud of the persistent and careful work of our detectives and deputies in bringing this case to a close and making the arrest.”

Illegal Alien Caught With 600 Child Sex-Abuse Videos (Some Included Infants)

CHARLOTTE, NC – Robson Gustavo Morales Santos, 31, was sentenced on Monday, September 30, 2019, to 96 months in prison on child pornography charges, announced Andrew Murray, U.S. Attorney for the Western District of North Carolina.


Santos, who is a citizen of Guatemala residing illegally in the United States, was also sentenced to a lifetime of supervised release and was ordered to register as a sex offender. U.S. District Judge Robert J. Conrad Jr. presided over the sentencing hearing.


According to information contained in filed court documents and yesterday’s sentencing hearing, law enforcement received a cybertip that Santos was uploading child pornography to a cloud application.


A forensic analysis of Santos’ cell phone, and a subsequent search of his cloud account by law enforcement, revealed that Santos possessed more than 600 videos depicting the sexual abuse of children, some of whom were prepubescent minors as young as infants. Santos pleaded guilty on April 29, 2019, to receiving child pornography.


In making today’s announcement U.S. Attorney Murray thanked the Charlotte Mecklenburg Police Department and the FBI for their investigation of this case.


Assistant U.S. Attorney Alfredo De La Rosa, of the U.S. Attorney’s Office in Charlotte, prosecuted the case.

Police: Illegal Alien Caught Sexually Assaulting 11-Year-Old Girl

KINSTON, NC (WNCT) — A man has been arrested after deputies said a parent caught him committing a sexual offense against a child.


On Saturday, the Lenoir County Sheriff’s Office responded to a residence in Grifton upon receiving an emergency call regarding a suspect committing sex offenses against a minor.


Deputies said they determined that a suspect was at the house and was caught in the act with an 11-year-old minor by a parent.


The suspect fled the scene before law enforcement could arrive, according to deputies.


Detectives secured warrants for the suspect who was identified as Mauro Martínez Hernández, 33, of Grifton and charged him with one count of indecent liberties with a minor.


Hernández was arrested in Pitt County and confined under a $100,000 bond.

Previously Deported Illegal Alien Molested Children While Working As Soccer Coach

NEW YORK CITY, NY (Brooklyn Paper) – A serial sexual predator will spend four years behind bars for molesting two underage children, including a nine-year-old boy he coached in a Midwood soccer league.


Brooklyn Supreme Court Justice Barry Warhi hit 41-year-old Pablo Pineda with a four year prison sentence and five years’ post-release supervisionon Wednesday following his guilty plea to abusing the two children earlier this month, according to the Brooklyn District Attorney’s office.


While working as a youth soccer coach from July of 2017 until April of the following year, Pineda repeatedly molested a child athlete in the bathroom of Friends Field on Avenue L and E. Fourth Street, according to prosecutors.


The pedophile’s scheme lasted until the victim’s mother found text messages from Pineda on the child’s phone asking the boy to go to the movies without telling his mother, authorities said.


Police cuffed Pineda the following day and searched the predator’s phone — revealing inappropriate messages sent to a teenage relative, who he also abused, prosecutors said.


Brooklyn’s top prosecutor blasted the defendant for violating the trust of two children who he was supposed to mentor.


“This defendant’s actions are upsetting and shocking betrayals of trust,” said Eric Gonzalez. “This defendant molested a boy on his team, and his own relative, who both had every expectation to believe they would be safe with him.”


The defendant formally pleaded guilty on Sept. 10 to second-degree course of sexual conduct against a child, forcible touching, two counts of endangering the welfare of a child, and failure to register as a sex offender.


The New York Post also reported:


Pineda’s record includes a 2005 arrest in Texas on charges of sex abuse of a child, an offense that led to him becoming a registered sex offender, the sources said.


He was deported in 2009 but it remains unclear when and how he returned to the United States.

Charge: Previously Deported Illegal Alien Kidnapped, Raped 15-Year-Old Girl

LUCAS COUNTY, OH (The Daily Voice) – A federal grand jury has returned charges against an illegal immigrant living in Passaic County who authorities said abducted and raped a 15-year-old Paterson girl he took to Ohio.


Juan Carlos Morales-Pedraza, a 33-year-old Ecuadorian national who’d been deported in 2010 but snuck back into the U.S., abducted the girl this past April and transported her to Ohio “with the intent that she engage in sexual activity,” U.S. Attorney Craig Carpenito said.


A superseding indictment returned by a grand jury in U.S. District Court in Newark charges Morales-Pedraza with kidnapping, illegal transportation of a minor and illegally re-entering the country as a removed alien, Carpenito said Tuesday.


U.S. District Judge Stanley R. Chesler ordered the he remain held without bond after Morales-Pedraza entered a not-guilty plea during his first court appearance on Tuesday.


A state trooper pulled over Morales-Pedraza’s 2013 Nissan Sentra on westbound Route 80 in Lucas County on April 16 for failing to yield, the Ohio Highway Patrol said at the time.


Detectives determined that Morales-Pedraza “forced the girl to perform acts on him” and was taking her to Chicago, the agency said in a statement.


Neither he nor the girl spoke any English, authorities said at the time.


Troopers suspected and later confirmed that he’d sexually assaulted the girl – whom they discovered had been reported missing — after abducting her in Paterson, the highway patrol said.


The girl was brought to a local hospital before being reunited with her family.


New Jersey’s Division of Child Protection and Permanency was involved in the case.


Carpenito also credited special agents with the FBI Newark’s Child Exploitation Human Trafficking Task Force, the Passaic County Prosecutor’s Office’s Sexual Investigations Unit, and investigators with the Ohio State Highway Patrol and the Lake Township Police Department in Lake Township, Ohio.


Handling the case for the government is Assistant U.S. Attorney Francesca Liquori of Carpenito’s Organized Crime and Drug Enforcement Task Force in Newark.
