Two illegal immigrant members of the ruthless MS-13 gang were arrested in Texas this week and charged with killing a woman as part of a Satanic ritual, according to reports.

The El Salvadoran suspects, Diego Rivera and Miguel Alvarez-Flores, allegedly killed a woman they were holding hostage in an apartment when she spoke out against the group’s devil worship, ABC 13 reported.
After the woman, known only as “Genesis,” made the comments, Alvarez-Flores — the group’s ringleader — attempted to give a lit cigarette to a Satanic statue as an offering.

But he said Satan wasn’t having the offering, telling his fellow gangbangers that “the Beast” wanted a soul instead, the station reported.

He and Rivera then brought Genesis to the side of a road, where Alvarez-Flores, whose nickname is “Diabolical,” allegedly handed his accomplice a gun, officials said.

Rivera shot Genesis once in the head on the side of the road before Alvarez-Flores blasted her in the chest, the station reported.

Cops found the body Feb. 16 but are still struggling to positively identify her.

Another 14-year-old girl claimed she ran away from school late last month and met the duo at an apartment in southwest Houston, according to court documents cited by ABC 13.

She stayed there for four days and claimed another man known as “Flaco” sexually assaulted her there, according to the station.

She was then taken to the apartment where Genesis was being held, and remained there against her will for 14 days. Her captors — six members of the gang — force-fed her drugs and alcohol, and at one point, Alvarez-Flores tattooed an image of the Grim Reaper from her knee down to her foot, the station reported.

Alvarez-Flores and Rivera — who are in the country illegally, according to KHOU — were arrested during a SWAT raid Monday.

They were taken to the Harris County Jail, where they are being held on $150,000 bond, according to ABC 13.

An immigration hold on both suspects will keep them from getting out of jail, according to KHOU.

Meanwhile, 10 members of the same gang — also illegal immigrants — were indicted Thursday in a wave of Long Island violence that included the slaughter of two teenage girls.

Best friends Nisa Mickens, 15, and Kayla Cuevas, 16, were beaten with baseball bats and hacked with a machete during an attack that began when gang members spotted them walking together in Brentwood.

The illegal immigrants indicted in the case are all from El Salvador or Honduras, and are among 13 people charged with crimes including racketeering and multiple counts of conspiracy to murder.

One of them was deported to El Salvador back in 2010 and sneaked back into the US by July 14, 2014, when he allegedly murdered Jose Lainez-Murcia, with whom he had worked at a landscaping company in Kings Park.

    HOUSTON --

Houston police are looking into whether a missing Jersey Village teen was murdered by Satan-worshipping gang members.

Jersey Village Police Chief Eric Foerster confirms that department met with HPD homicide detectives Thursday about a missing persons case from January.

Gemesis Cornejo, 15, was reported missing by her family. Jersey Village police officers searched apartment complexes in west Houston looking for her but believed she was "actively hiding from them," according to Foerster.

Two weeks ago, the body of a teenage girl was found on the side of the road on Sharpcrest near Corporate. Police said she had been shot twice at close range and has yet to be identified. The Harris County Institute of Forensic Sciences released a photograph of three rings she was wearing and a clothing description that included white high-top Converse tennis shoes. Cornejo was also wearing white high-top Converse tennis shoes when she went missing.

Though the victim has not been identified, Miguel Alvarez-Flores, 22, and Diego Hernandez-Rivera, 18, are charged with her murder. During their first court appearance, they smiled and waved at the cameras. Later Thursday morning, at a second court appearance, they were more composed.

According to court records, a 14-year-old girl says she was kidnapped by the two, held against her will in an apartment in S. Gessner near Westheimer and sexually assaulted. She told police Alvarez-Flores, nicknamed "Diabolical," was the leader. Her captors were MS-13 gang members and they worshiped Satan. The teen also told investigators they called Satan the "Beast" and another girl named "Genesis" was also at the apartment. When "Genesis" criticized a shrine dedicated to their satanic beliefs, she said, "Genesis" disappeared.

The 14-year-old was able to lead police to Alvarez-Flores and Hernandez-Rivera. A prosecutor says Hernandez-Rivera admitted to shooting "Genesis." Both are charged with her murder and police are looking into whether "Genesis' is Gemesis Cornejo.

HPD's Gang Squad is expected to release new information in the case Friday. Eyewitness News has learned detectives are in touch with the missing teen's family.

We're just destroying our country letting people in like this and not deporting them immediately before they do horrible things.

Police: 3 teen girls kidnapped by Salvadoran gang in Houston
    Associated Press

Two known MS-13 gang members, formerly of El Salvador, Miguel Alvarez-Flores, left, and Diego Hernandez-Rivera appear in court Thursday, March 2, 2017, in Houston. HOUSTON (AP) — Two MS-13 gang members from El Salvador, both in the United States illegally, held three teenage girls against their will and killed one of them in a satanic ritual, authorities in Houston said Friday.

Miguel Alvarez-Flores, 22, and Diego Hernandez-Rivera, 18, have been arrested and charged with aggravated kidnapping and murder — both first-degree felonies punishable by up to life imprisonment. Bonds totaling $300,000 have been set for each, but immigration detainers will keep both behind bars.

The 15-year-old girl's body was found Feb. 16 with gunshot wounds to the face and chest.

Homicide detective Sgt. Chris Sturdivant said the girl's identity has not been officially determined but that investigators are confident they know who she is — a girl reported missing in January in nearby Jersey Village, Texas.

The captives were three "young, impressionable women" ranging in age from 14 to 16 who succumbed to the allure of gang life before being taken to an apartment and held there against their will, Sturdivant said. The 14-year-old girl told investigators that they were fed drugs and alcohol and forced to have sex.

The girl said the 15-year-old was killed in a satanic ritual because she had struck the gang's shrine to a satanic saint, according to investigators.

She told investigators that Alvarez-Flores made a peace offering to the figure in the form of a cigarette.

"He returned from the statue and told the entire group that the beast did not want a material offering but wanted a soul," state District Judge Maria Jackson said during the men's initial court appearance Wednesday.

The 14-year-old said she later awoke to find the 15-year-old gone, according to investigators.

The case comes as President Donald Trump is promoting concerns over criminal immigrants in the United States illegally. He has announced that he plans to create an agency, called Victims of Immigration Crime Engagement or VOICE, to serve victims of immigrant crime and their relatives. It will be part of the Department of Homeland Security.

"The majority of the MS-13 members we come into contact with are here illegally," Sturdivant said.

Attorneys for Alvarez-Flores and Hernandez-Rivera did not immediately return calls Friday night. Sturdivant said both men admitted their involvement in the abductions and killing after their arrests Monday. An FBI multijurisdictional anti-gang task force continues to investigate, and Sturdivant said authorities are seeking other gang members who were possibly involved in the crimes.

MS-13, also called Mara Salvatrucha, is believed to have been founded in Los Angeles in the mid-1980s by immigrants fleeing civil war in El Salvador. It is now a major international criminal enterprise.
