I check my credit on a daily basis. I would give them one billing cycle to mark it closed after receipt of my written request. If it took any longer copies of my letter, proof of B of A receiving it, and a copy of them showing open on my credit would be sent from my lawyer asking nicely one last time to close it

Why doesn't someone identify the name of the (Virginia) contractor that hires these "independent contractors", so we can avoid doing business with them, insure that local governments don't do business with them, and send them a letter advising them that we know of their wrongdoing?
