Yes, that's true. But California is our most populated state with the largest number of members in the US Congress from any single state. Who among them has ever stood up for US citizens against illegal aliens? Who among them has ever stood against Shamnesty, Amnesty, or sucking the federal tax dollar for the very problem they sent their representatives to DC to support instead of stop and solve? I pity the people of the California and understand fully their frustration, but you can not elect people to Congress who support illegal immigration election after election and then bang on the doors of federal taxpayers to fund your error.

Everyone is sympathetic to the outrageous immigration problem in California, but something has to change with how that state votes in national and federal elections or we can't effect the national change and enforcement we need and must have to solve this problem.

I hope this dire situation shows the average Californian that the old tired dumb themes of "Illegal Aliens to the jobs Americans won't do" is a lie and "We are a nation of immigrants" no longer applies.

Wake Up California! Support Save Our State and the many Americans in your state who have worked tirelessly and bravely to stop this problem in California, because where California goes, so does our nation.

We need all Californians to see the truth and then act upon it. And if some moron calls you a "racist" because you want to stop illegal immigration, take a famous line from a famous Californian named, Ronald Reagan and tell them "Aaaaw, shut up."

It was as if I could read her mind saying "Go f**k youself.

Yes, that's true, and I support them all 120% in their valiant and relentless efforts. But there are 55 members of Congress from California ... 53 members of the House of Representatives, 1 of whom is Speaker of the House, and 2 US Senators.

The majority do not stand up for US citizens against illegal aliens. Hopefully in the days to come, more will, because a simple majority of members of Congress from California supporting US citizens instead of illegal aliens, would grind this problem to a halt, almost overnight.

I hope more will see the importance of their positions in the future, see the line before them and get themselves on the right side of it, our side.

Well, our North Carolina Congressman, Heath Shuler, is the sponsor of the Save Act that would make E-Verify mandatory. Brian Billbray from your state is one of the 80 co-sponsors.

    http://shuler.house.gov/content/newsroo ... AVEact.pdf

Our North Carolina Congressman, Walter Jones, was one of the first to call for a Congressional Investigation of the wrongful prosecution of Ramos and Compean.

    http://www.fobp.us/Pages/RamosCompean/R ... n_Main.htm

Our North Carolina Congressman, Patrick McHenry, has one of the toughest stances on border security and enforcing US immigration law, rated 100% by US Border Control.

    http://www.ontheissues.org/NC/Patrick_M ... ration.htm

Our North Carolina Congresswoman, Sue Myrick, is a stop illegal immigration activist in the US Congress. Look at her plan, very straight-forward, no-nonsense approach:

    http://myrick.house.gov/actionplan.shtml

Our new North Carolina US Senator, Kay Hagan, is too new to know for sure, but here is her position from her campaign where she states that illegal immigration is a "threat to our national security and our economy". And "In the Senate, Kay will work towards a practical solution that is fair to taxpayers and addresses the problem at its roots: by strengthening the borders, enforcing and upgrading laws that crack down on employers who knowingly hire illegal workers, and eliminating the shadow economy that drives down wages and working conditions."

    http://myrick.house.gov/actionplan.shtml

Our North Carolina Congresswoman, Virginia Foxx, introduced a bill in the US Congress that would prevent illegal aliens from getting loans.

    http://www.alipac.us/article-topic-8.html

Our North Carolina US Senator, Richard Burr, also has an excellent record on stopping illegal immigration, and has the second highest rating on such issues with Immigration Stance opposing chain migration, the visa lottery, unqualified asylum seekers, Amnesty and has worked hard against these issues and many others:

You can also check that link for the rest of our NC Congresspersons for their individual positions.

The majority of our state's members in Congress support US citizens against illegal aliens. But we're a small state compared to California with only 13 total members in Congress compared to California's 55, so since this is a numbers game in Congress, we need a majority of California's members in Congress to support our urgent need to stop illegal immigration.

I know thousands of Californians have worked so hard for years to stop this problem. They've put initiatives on the ballots and won them only to be shut down by federal courts or threats of lawsuits. We may be all the way across the nation from you, but our eyes are on ya and our hearts are with ya and we'll keep doing everything we can from here to knock some sense into the US Congress to Get R Done. I know I've worked on it every day for soon to be 4 years.

CALIFORNIA IMMIGRATION CRACKDOWN FOR BALANCED BUDGET

SACRAMENTO, CA-- State lawmakers unveiled a package of 20 bills, aimed at saving money and balancing the state budget by targeting illegal ailens.

Assembly members want to chip away at the state deficit by checking the immigration status of those getting state-funded social benefits and jobs. They especially want to crackdown on those who have committed crimes.

"California is on a financial life raft that is sinking, but at the same time, we continue to pull on more and more people on board," said Assemblyman Jim Silva (R) of Huntington Beach.

Many of the proposals concentrate on criminal activity because in 2006 - 2007, it cost the state roughly $850,000,000 million dollars to incarcerate more than 17,000 illegal immigrants.

    Among the proposals:

    - Adding ten years to prison sentences for felonies if the illegal had been previously deported.

    - Checking the immigration status of DUI offenders

    - Requiring local law enforcement to cooperate with INS

    - Denying bail for gang-related or violent crimes

    - And reporting dangerous juveniles to Immigration and Customs Enforcement for deportation.

"To the extent we have criminal activity in our state, we should address it very, very vigorously" said state Senior Gil Cedillo (D) of Los Angeles, Vice-Chairman of the Latino Caucus.

"I think the law enforcement agencies in my city should be focused on crime and violence, which is starting to creep up," said San Francisco Mayor Gavin Newsom.

Assemblyman John Benoit(R) of Bermuda Dunes is a law enforcement veteran-turned politician, who says it's time cops are part of the solution.
"I have been involved in stopping, finding, and in some cases, deporting people here illegally. I think the rule of law is the reason the United States stands out among nations," said Assemblyman Benoit.

The federal government is supposed to help pay for jailing illegal immigrants who commit crimes, but California got reimbursed only $100,000,000 dollars last year, less than 13 percent of the actual costs.

This is because there are members in Congress who represent districts made up entirely of illegal invaders, thanks to the US Census who counts every illegal invader they can find! You know that additional seats in Congress are awarded based upon the Census! This is a big part of the problem! Illegal invaders are being represented in Congress because they are being counted in the Census!

The 47th District is one of them, held by Lorretta Sanchez! This traitor does not give a damn about America or our citizens! She is only concerned about remaining in power and to do that, she needs to take care of those who elected her into Congress- ILLEGAL INVADERS!

I think this is a huge problem that has been under-reported, and seemingly will only get worse. The State of CA refuses to do anything to solve the illegal invasion - except for throw more money at the invaders, while refusing to implement any measure to get rid of them!

Well you can thank Teddy Kennedy for that, with his "one time amnesty, after which the border would be secured". Ya right. All most politicians now see in CA is millions of future Democratic voters. These people are totally corrupt, will not change as long as the illegals are here, and will do nothing to get rid of them.

    A Wolf in Sheep's Clothing
The Hidden Fight Over Illegal Immigration

American Patrol Report Opinion -- February 11

The Senate passed a stimulus bill has $9.6 billion in aid for California's Medicaid system (medical care for low income families). The house version has $11 billion. The House version has $7.9 billion for California's education system. The Senate version has $4 billion.

The fight between the House and Senate is over whether California gets $18.9 billion for schools and health care, or $13.6 billion. And there is much more for California buried in the bill.

Illegal immigrants and their anchor baby children cost California about $10 billion per year and this is probably a low estimate.

The billions of dollars earmarked for California are for ongoing operating expenses. They will continue forever.

Congress has no business assuming responsibility for the budgets of states. If it does, the federal government, namely Obama, can dictate state policy as never before.

There is no doubt that what is happening is a de facto amnesty. The U.S. government will assume responsibility for illegal aliens, thus blunting the impact on local taxpayers so they won't complain. They have done this for years in Los Angeles County and now they are doing it for the entire state of California. Eventually they are going to do it for the rest of the nation, i.e., papering over the problem just long enough to reach a point of no return, thus requiring amnesty.

California must be allowed to fail so that the real reasons for its fiscal disaster can be exposed and dealt with.

The stimulus bill is a wolf in sheep's clothing; A clear power grab by Obama to advance his pet social theories.
