Ya' know, I'm hardly an authority on mystical visions, but if I was that lady, I might interpret losing my legs as God's way of saying stay in your OWN damn country!

On the topic for damages caused by foreign nationals, there is a precedent, recently noted by the Japanese. When Chinese demonstrators entered upon Japanese Embassy and Consulate property throughout China last week protesting Japan's request to become a member of the UN Security Council, the Japanese stated in the newspaper that they would be sending the Chinese Government:

The Big Guy, now little guy, in the White House doesn't need to sent the bill to Vincente Fox.

The ADMINISTRATOR of the Hospital in McAllen, TEXAS who provided thousands of dollars of medical services to this young women NEEDS to send the bill to the President of Mexico to reimburse their hospital for this unnecessary expense.

If the illegal alien had not been trying to sneak into the country on a train to enter the United States ILLEGALLY, the injury would not have occurred, the young lady would still have both her legs, and the HOSPITAL in MCALLEN TEXAS would not have thousands of dollars of unpaid hospital bills to deal with.

Because the action of the young woman were encouraged by the policy of the Mexican Government, encouraging its CITIZENS, to invade the United States ILLEGALLY, then none of this would have happened.

The injury, physical to the young woman, and the financial injury to the hospital are the DIRECT CONSEQUENCE of the "invade America" policy of the Mexican Government under the present RULE of Vincente Fox.

Someone in Texas needs to get this message to the hospital in McAllen, Texas amd ask that they send the bill to Vincente Fox c/o the Mexican Government.....if they don't pay.....sick a bill collector on them.....or file a claim for deficiency judgment against the Mexican Government.

Vincente will understand it.....I mean afterall, this "nut job" was trained by Harvard University!

Well.......I think we found a PRECEDENT!!

I hope the hospital in McAllen, Texas will do the right thing and send this bill for services provided to the young woman to Vincente Fox, President of Mexico who encourages his Mexican Citizens to cross our border illegally endangering themselves, their companions, and Americans called upon to rescue and treat them.

Thanks Amendsis--it follows the long-standing legal concept of quid pro quo. "what works for you (Mex), works for us (USA). If the kid on vacation had been a middle income student without a $10,000 Daddy's credit card, like me when I went on spring break with $100 in my pocket. they would have let me bleed to death if something had happened.
