That's the absolute truth! If this were true, then Fresno State would be short one class president about now since he's an admitted illegal invader!
    Same with Miami Dade College.

I think this speaks of something else entirely. I think it speaks how Obama is losing control of the Presidency with possibly ICE among other groups going out on their own ignoring his orders in favor of following US Law. The President may have pardon powers but his powers are not so great to order that those breaking the law are ignored because he doesn't believe in it. The most he can do is push congress to change the law.

Law enforcement is up to the Judiciary and not the Executive branch. Hence why these bigger ICE crackdowns are starting to look like a break in Obama's ranks and lost respect of him as the bogus president he is.

If you check out the Dream Act Portal on line you will see where this illegal kids are passing information as to what states and schools to apply to and where states give illegals tuition aid. They have organized and are making it a regular thing and in doing so is a slap in the face to REAL AMERICAN STUDENTS.

Unfortunately, I don't have the patience or the stomach to check this out. But I'm not surprised this is going on because this is what these criminals do best. Illegal invader dreamers swindle our system by scheming and conniving against this country in order to TAKE what they want.

    They are PROS at this!

If people target certain schools and report the activity to ICE and they get enough complaints then ICE will step in. We need to start to make some noise ourselves and start to put spotlights on illegals where they are abusing the system such as schools and places of employement.

I wonder if this action qualifies for prosecution under RICO.

Illegal aliens from nations other than Mexico who happen to violate student visas by working or overstaying have had no problems being deported or asked to leave the country within 30 days. They and their children, whether they came here at a young age or not, get booted out all the time. Just look around, is there a real problem with illegals from other countries? No. That's because when reported or caught, they are quickly arrested, processed and sent home, especially students.
