DHS Chief John Kelly, Attorney General Jeff Sessions, and Donald Trump all need to realize that our current laws do not state that illegal aliens like Juan Manuel Montes should be given DACA amnesty until after they are convicted of four crimes.

The existing laws of the United States offer no such benefit like DACA and state that all illegal aliens, especially ones like Juan Manuel Montes, are to be deported when detected by any law enforcement in our nation.

We need illegals like Juan Manuel Montes deported BEFORE they commit further crimes on US soil, not after they have already victimized American citizens, businesses, and taxpayers.

And the US Government should be financially and legally responsible for any and all damages caused to any business, individual, or family by illegal aliens that are caught and released or detected and released by any Federal, state, local, or border patrol officer in our nation.

Illegal aliens are costing US taxpayers over 12 billion per year in lost federal tax resources alone, not counting state and local tax burdens. Illegals are costing more than 3,000 US citizens their very lives each year and Lord only knows how much they are costing us in stolen property and the impact their drug and disease importation are causing us.
