Agree about the Wall, and boots on the ground, but those boots need to be military, not Border Control. Military can use defense funding to build the Wall, and their presence to STOP the flow. Send Border Control to the Interior to help ICE clean out the 40 million already here. Our President needs to STOP tweeting and blaming the dems. He needs to have a sit down dinner with ever Republican member of the House and Senate (televised) and lay them out before the American people. He could have a white board with the articles we have outlined here today to read to the Congresscritters and the American people. If he needs more examples, we can supply. All of this is assuming the President actually wants to clean up this mess, so far he hasn't given a lot of indication that is what he wants to do.

Let me know when you get funding for the wall or anything else you want. It's not happening. Time to come up with a different plan you can actually implement.

Plan B:

Tell all these countries, if your citizens don't stop entering our country illegally, then your country will have no aid from or trade with the United States. Period.

No, he didn't lie to you or anyone else. Do you not understand how our government works? Do you not understand how trade works? Trump Supporters know how our government works. We also know how trade works. Do you not understand that if Trump went to Mexico City and negotiated Mexico to pay for the wall and brought home a $25 billion check which he gives to US Treasury to deposit, that he STILL couldn't build the wall or spend one dime of that money without authorization and an appropriation from Congress? Did you not know that??!!!!!

I am not talking about trade and you know it.

From your explanation it was Trump who did not know how government works, yet he is now President.

Admit he was either very stupid about how government worked or he lied, and please remember it was him that said what he did, not me.

Trump knows how government works. He said over and over during the campaign they'll pay for it one way or another. Trump isn't stupid and going to tell Mexico what his plans are. It's not Trump's fault Congress refuses to fund the wall. Maybe they'll fund some of it if Republicans win the mid-terms and gain a bunch of seats in the US Senate. We need a majority in the House and a 60 vote majority in the Senate to do anything with Congress on immigration without some sort of sick "deal".

I'm not even a fan of the wall, big ole ugly thing for 1,000 miles separating land, wildlife, etc., etc. It's disgusting that we're in a position that we need it.

If we do Plan B, we won't need the wall.

He didn't need the assistance of Congress when he did this....Trump Commutes Sentence of illegal alien employer

No, he didn't. It was his choice to do. He did that back in December, old news. I think it was the charges, bank and wire fraud. He wasn't even convicted of hiring illegal aliens as I recall, it was other stuff, and given what we see coming out of DOJ on these phony bank and wire fraud charges, maybe it was warranted to commute the sentence. I don't know.
