Kenyan official rip asylum ruling for Obama’s aunt

NAIROBI - Kenya’s government is unhappy with the impression created by a U.S. court ruling that granted asylum to President Obama’s aunt for saying she could be targeted by members of Kenya’s government if deported, an official said yesterday.

Government spokesman Alfred Mutua described the case of Zeituni Onyango - a South Boston housing project resident - as an embarrassment and untrue.

“It has become a habit for Kenyans seeking asylum in other countries to lie. Her case is an embarrassment to this country and President Obama,â€

So she lied in a court of law for personal gain, and a stupid Judge fell for it. She now needs to be brought up on perjury and obstruction of justice charges, tried and convicted, then wheeled off to the penitentiary for a period of years and then shipped back to Kenya.

That's exactly right Judy! But that will never happen, especially since our government has their hands full at the moment indicating Roger Clemens for perjuring himself before Congress about his use of steroids. Not that I particularly care what happens to Roger Clemens, but the irony is striking.

This guy is being indicted for lying to group of individuals who in turn lie to the American people on a daily basis. This is the same group of people who refuse to secure our borders and then lie to the American people about it. It’s nothing a dog and pony show and is almost laughable if this hypocrisy were not destroying this country.

Exactly. And as sad as it is ironic is that a private citizen is asked to testify before a House Subcommittee on Oversight and Government Reform and then when they didn't like his answers asked the DOJ to "investigate" him. The DOJ then concludes that because his statements differed from another private citizen's statements, that he was lying and the other guy wasn't when the fact of the matter is the House Subcommittee on Oversight and Government Reform is supposed to investigate government, not private citizens to begin with.

For Americans to allow one cent of taxpayer money to be used prosecuting Roger Clemens over his statements to a Congressional Committee that he shouldn't have even been asked to make to begin with, coupled with the fact that he's not charged with steroid use, since obviously they have no evidence that he ever used them, is just another example of the light years away from the Constitutional Duties of the federal government this outfit has strayed.

The DOJ that has charged Clemens is the same outfit that wrongfully prosecuted Ted Stevens, Ramos and Compean, filed suit against the State of Arizona, and sent Martha Stewart to prison.

I'm 1 step away from pulling the plug on all federal prosecutions and returning law enforcement that doesn't apply to enforcing federal business regulations, federal government officials and protecting the civil rights of US citizens all back to the states.

This government is an absolute national disgrace from it trade and tax policies, to its drug and immigration enforcement, to its energy, public safety and environmental protection duties.

Just think about it. While this stupid asinine government is prosecuting a baseball player for statements about steroids in baseball, contaminated eggs are making Americans sick in their homes and a oil plume 3000 feet below sea surface 650 miles long hovers in our sea world. Protecting Americans from filthy eggs contaminated with salmonella IS a responsibility of the US government, just as is protecting our coastal water, it's why we have and fund USDA and EPA. Yet, every egg grower in the country is producing eggs in such filthy disgusting vile environments in such unsanitary conditions that the eggs they produce make us sick. The same government that sues Arizona for wanting to enforce US immigration law is the same government that claims it can't because they've already let so many into the country, they don't have the resources or capacity to solve the problem they created. And they're relying upon BP to solve the oil spill it caused because the federal government gave them permission to spill it without an environmental impact analysis or a plan to clean it up before they gave permission to drill the well.

It's absolute insanity. Our federal government has gone insane. There's only one solution:

States, take it back, and do so swiftly.

No wonder News Corp contributed $1 million to the Republican Governor's Association. Even an Aussie Globalist knows when enough is enough.
