Congress can "authorize" but can not "Order" government personnel to the borders.

Under our Constitution, ONLY the President can do that

There's a good reason for that, our Troops do not belong on our borders. This could be used against the American people!! It's a very bad idea to allow a US Pres to use our troops this way..........it could set DANGEROUS PRECIDENT. We'd wind up fighting a very different and more deadly fight in the future! We can't have this happen especially with the officials that are in Congress at this time.

But I believe we need to start questioning our Reps as to the Billions $$$ we're giving to Mexico! Where is the money going!!!!

2ndamendsis--The money from the US Govt to Mexican Govt is going straight into the pockets of Vincente Fox and the 12 families that rule Mexico--this is helping them to "buy" their stake in the oligarchy that will rule under globalism.

We've financed our own destruction.....

And the last time I checked the Constitution, no government official had the right to float money for such a purpose.

Precedent has been set:

Between the fall of 1910 and the summer of 1916, Mexico had been embroiled in a violent revolution, with opposing political and military forces struggling for control of the country. In 1913, United States President William Howard Taft sent a large military force into Texas and stationed them along the Rio Grande to protect Americans in the region. This show of American military force caused Mexican militants to redirect their violence from their own countrymen to Americans. In 1913, when Woodrow Wilson became President, he denounced the new revolutionary government in Mexico and refused to recognize it as the legitimate government. As a result of his position, violence toward Americans intensified and there were incidents of murder, robbery, kidnapping for ransom and property destruction.

In response to the violence, President Wilson sent 4,800 Regular Army troops under General John “Blackjack� Pershing to defend the border towns and their citizens.

We don't need this! That was during a military strife that could have spilled over our borders. This is different and the people in power do NOT need to grab this power.........DANGEROUS. We've given them too much power already and must turn it back.

I was only pointing out that precedent has been set. The troops a busy at the moment anyway.

JUDY, you know how I feel about this. The "budget" -LOL- can't handle it, Homeland Security has billions that is wasted on emptiness

DEMAND THE BILLIONS in foreign aid to Mex. is SPENT on our borders.
Think of the Americans that we would put to work at a fair income!! With that money we could add thousands to the Border Patrol and put into action the amazing Technology our Military uses.

This money excuse is flawed and, imo, a lie. It's going to Mex. and we know it's being stolen by their thieves.

We would be killing 2 birds with one stone. Americans working and borders sealed.
