Really fried rat.And ask some of the people of northern Mexico and south Texas:they also eat armadillo.I saw one of these in the butcher shop here in Chinatown and it reminded me of a big rat on steroids with gear on.It might be good-my wife's grandpa who's from Mexico says it is- but if it looks like it was caught with a trap made by Victor Co. or has an uneven tan from wearing a collar I'm not eating it.
