Hiring illegal aliens is against the law and not doing background checks and using E-verify can get you sued if that person commits a crime at a jobsite, using company equitment, vehicle etc.It may take some lawsuits against companies hiring illegals without checking to make them do right. This does not make them deputies it makes them good businessmen or women and good citizens.CYA is always a good policy!
