How about this Schumer, finally enforce the 1986 law as was promised and you won't need to do anything else!!

Or how about this Shumer, institute all the enforcement programs we were promised 23 years ago, and any illegals currently here who are still here 23 years from now can apply for amnesty. We had to wait 23 years, well so can they!!!
