    Now, look at the extra cost that will be picked up by the citizens: They will have to hire spanish speaking instructors so now you have the same class in two languages.

    They recently passed the same damn thing in Arkansas, too.

    We outta just make welcome wagon hostesses out of the border patrol, with a frilly little apron, dressed up like Stepford wives, and passing out direction on how to sign up for every gimme program the govt can think of. Sheeesh.

    They recently passed the same damn thing in Arkansas, too.
