I am confused....

Convicted of Racketeering Conspiracy, Murder, and Other Violent Crimes on March 14

but not sentenced until today.

guilty of reentering after being deported

When was he deported and reentered? Was it after the March 14th conviction?

Can we even believe he is in jail at the moment?---nothing surprises me any more!
