The time for making excuses and defending the Republicans for their piss poor dealings with illegal immigration and border security is over. We need to start holding their feet to the fire now! The American people gave them a Republican President and House & Senate majority and they're just crapping it away! It'll be no surprise to see us lose the House or Senate because they have failed the American people miserably on immigration. At the very least the Republican controlled Congress could be pushing through bills to get folks on record for where they actually stand and to publicly reveal where the Democrats are on the issue. People are losing heart and that may very well be reflected in the voter booth later this year.

For the record, Trump "the great negotiator" has not been blame free in their failures.
