    Excution - Texas Style

Great for Texas. This piece of garbage had no rights. The biggest problem, it took too long for the excution. This scum bag raped the girls orally, vagina, and anal. Beat and kicked the girls. Why would anyone in their right minds not agree to terminate his existance. The government owes to our society the right to a safe environment. We have enough scum in this country, we do not need to export from another country. The idea that Bush backed the Mexican government is unbelievable. The United States Supreme Court made a statement "Bush overstepped his authority." You cannot possibly allow another court to overrule the United States Supreme Court. GREAT FOR TEXAS.

    Welcome to ALIPAC mim!!

I wonder when the illegal alien/Mexican riots will begin.

Will I wake up tomorrow morning and find out LA, Chi, and San Fran are burning with looting, rapes, and murders?

The flag flies at half-mast out of grief for the death of my beautiful, formerly-free America. May God have mercy on your souls.

    Texas executes Mexican-born killer

By MICHAEL GRACZYK – 37 minutes ago

HUNTSVILLE, Texas (AP) β€” Texas has executed Mexican-born condemned prisoner Jose Medellin for the rape and murder of two teenage girls 15 years ago.

The state carried out the execution late Tuesday night after the U.S. Supreme Court rejected his request for a reprieve in a split vote.
The 33-year-old Medellin had claimed he was denied treaty-guaranteed help from the Mexican consulate when he was arrested.

Texas authorities say he never invoked his consular rights until four years after he was arrested. By then, he had been convicted and condemned for participating in the attack on 16-year-old Elizabeth Pena and 14-year-old Jennifer Ertman.

JUSTICE FOR ELIZABETH AND JENNIFER....AT LAST.

HUNTSVILLE, Texas β€” A Mexican-born condemned prisoner was executed Tuesday night for the rape and murder of two teenage girls 15 years ago after a divided U.S. Supreme Court rejected his request for a reprieve.

"I'm sorry my actions caused you pain. I hope this brings you the closure that you seek. Never harbor hate," Jose Medellin said to those gathered to watch him die. Nine minutes later, at 9:57 p.m., he was pronounced dead.

Medellin's execution, the fifth this year in the nation's busiest capital punishment state, attracted international attention after he raised claims he wasn't allowed to consult the Mexican consulate for legal help following his arrest. State officials say he didn't ask to do so until well after he was convicted of capital murder....
