Until the federal government is willing to enforce the immigration laws
that are already on the books, American law abiding citizens will be
highly skeptical of any additional promises to enforce a new and deeply
flawed approach - special civil rights for non U.S. citizens who are
robbing the social security system, thereby, taking from my children and
other children their legal rights of having the fruit of financial
supplements guarantee by the Social Security laws. Twelve million plus
criminals are given medicade, food stamps, money, and free education.
No wander the social security system will be bankrupt by 2025.

The forty-six (46) year war on poverty declared by the democratic
house and senate and former president L.B. Johnson; the Korean
War and Viet Nam Police Action ( declared a war by the Veterans
Administration so service members could get VA benefits); and
the giving away of billions of dollars to third world countries
and Israel, from the " General Social Security Fund " all have
robbed the social security tax payers of their legal and binding
promise to have social security when we retire.

The North America Free Trade Agreement ( NAFTA ) and the
General Agreement on Tariffs and Trade ( WTO/GATT ) has
legally sanctioned illegal aliens by giving them legal
protection from The United States Constitutional Laws on illegal
immigration. Is this why congressional members are reluctant to enforce
existing immigration laws because they know that treaties override the
U.S. Constitution?

If recent history is an accurate guide, this so-called guest worker notion
would only encourage a new wave of illegal aliens and make America's
uncontrolled and unacceptable immigration debacle even worse than it is
now.

Such legislation is a bad idea not only because it creates a transparent
path to amnesty, but also because it would reduce work opportunities,
depress wages, and lower worker protection for Americans. Further, it
would be impossible to administer and even more unlikely to be enforced.
Besides, the Democrats would instantly gain twelve million or more likely
voters who would give the democrats control of the House, Senate , and
possibly the presidency through 2006 to, and possibly beyond, 2020.
