This article is very confusing. Do they $300 a month, a year or is this a lifetime fee. They have the support of American authorities - what does that mean? Does Mexico pay back America or take the $300 and run? Who pays for x-rays, hospitalization etc.?
This is another back door transparency deal by the WH.

Support with WHICH American authorities? BS!

Give me the name of these authorities so I can open the flood gates!

    They need to pay NOW!

Boy they will PAY dearly in November.

respect and with every purpose of your will thoroughly Americans. You
cannot become thoroughly Americans if you think of yourselves in groups. President Woodrow Wilson

According to figures provided by the Ministry of Health, while the incidence of AIDS cases in Mexico is 0.3 percent, among Mexicans living in the United States the percentage doubles to 0.6 percent
According to experts' estimates, as many as 7 percent of the approximately 20,000 youngsters ages 13-17 who live on the streets of Mexico City are HIV-infected. Ignorance, unprotected sex, promiscuity and drug use are spreading the virus quickly among this high-risk group.

AIDS is the third leading cause of death among men ages 25-44 in Mexico, and 86 percent of the estimated 150,000 people living with HIV in Mexico, a country of 100 million people, are men, according to UNICEF
