DemoQuacks blocked the funding request. They'll try to block it in FY 18 as well. Republicans will have to unite and be strong to get the funding. What will help is to have provisions that bill Mexico for it one way or another or in a combination of ways. These provisions need to be part of the bill or sister legislation.
