Hate
It took a lot of hate to write this article and it takes a lot of hate for MS-13 to do the things they do. The American media would be better focused on this hatred instead of maligning the Minutemen.
Some of these articles that are coming out that criticisize the MMP are unsubstantiated in their claims. Did they take a page from the Robinson playbook? I wonder how the FROBL's feel knowing they are aligned with people like the writers of this article?

Update
Just in, Team American PAC is joining the support of the Minuteman Project. I'm just about to add this to our announcements section.
Dear Team America,
Great News - We are going to Arizona to support the Minuteman
Project!
I'm sure most of you know the story by now, but in case you haven't…
how the Minuteman Project came about is remarkable. Jim Gilcrest, a
former Marine and retired accountant from California, after years of
frustration with the government refusing to protect our border -- Jim
got fed up. He sent out an email and said he was going down to the
border.
Jim wrote:
"Hello Americans,
Anyone interested in spending 30 days, non-stop, manning the Arizona
border as a blocking force against entry into the U.S. by illegal
aliens early next spring? I would like to raise 200 volunteers for
this mission.
This is strictly a volunteer project, and no financial subsidies are
available. And, you will probably need a tent..."
Well, that email went around the USA like wildfire. It was forwarded,
posted in chat rooms, uploaded to blogs, and in just over a week Jim
had his 200 volunteers. Now, one month out, and he has almost 1,000
volunteer Minutemen.
They come from all walks of life: retired police, teachers, bankers,
students, factory workers, store clerks, moms, and dads - all of them
fed up with the government turning it's back on the American people
by refusing to secure our border - leaving us with only one option -
to do the job government won't do.
Team America applauds the independence and courage of these patriot
Minutemen, who refuse to stand idly by while our country is invaded
by illegal aliens, deadly criminals, and potential terrorists.
We encourage all Americans to get involved in supporting this project
and especially to join us in Tombstone, Arizona on April 1st for the
kick-off rally. It's going to be a big event and it's THE place to be
for everyone who wants our border defended!
Remember - Friday, April 1, 2005 - Tombstone, Arizona - hope you will
join me, Team America, and our fellow Minutemen!
I'll have more details on exact location and time in another email.
In the meantime, you can visit the Minuteman website at:
I will continue adding info to our website as well:

Just got this in from CCIR
From CCIR
Supv. Newman's efforts to negate the MinuteManProject appears to be just another effort by a traitor PCBS elected official who is willing to sacrifice American citizen LIVES in exchange for GREED & POWER!
We wonder IF and HOW MUCH Newman was PAID by either U.S. traitor elected officials OR Mex officials to take this position? If you want to know, deluge him with your calls and ASK for an explanation!

Re : Minuteman Project
Why are these people in the Minuteman project referred to as
Vigilantes, or worse yet Racists.
Why are State and Local Governments more worried about enforcing
obscure laws with American Citizens rather than Illegal Aliens
Illegally crossing the United States Borders.
How can the Government tell United States Citizens that it is too
dangerous for people to stand on American Soil and protest the over
running of their own country.
Any lands north of the Mexican Border are in the United States. Why
is the Government, Federal, State, and Local, not seem to be doing
enough about the unsafe conditions on American Soil.
I just hope enough American show up to this project that they can
hold hands and stop the flow of Illegals entering our country
Illegally.
And just maybe if someone gets hurt or killed, maybe more people and
including our Elected Government will take notice and do what it
takes to Enforce Existing Laws.

'Minutemen' may face zoning hurdle

A Cochise County supervisor is calling for enforcement of zoning
codes that could affect a planned gathering of volunteers to patrol
the U.S.-Mexican border, saying local government needs to "minimize
the potential for violence and property damage."
Supervisor Paul Newman wants the county to regulate the monthlong
series of protests and patrols by the "Minuteman Project," a group of
volunteers from across the country who say they plan to assist the
U.S. Border Patrol.
Newman called for the enforcement of zoning codes, which require
organizers of large gatherings lasting more than a week to get land-
use permits. advertisement
Organizers of shorter events are required to obtain temporary permits.
"By not enforcing our zoning regulations, we are not only putting our
citizens at risk, but we are also sending the message that we are
intimidated by the threat of the invasion of our county by gun-toting
vigilantes," he wrote. "I believe we need to make it clear that that
is not the case."
Members of the "Minuteman Project" plan to meet in Cochise County on
April 1 for a series of demonstrations and to conduct round-the-clock
patrols for a month in the San Pedro Valley, a popular smuggling
corridor.
Organizers say the project's goal is to assist the U.S. Border Patrol.
They say they plan to call the agency if they find undocumented
immigrants. Border Patrol officials have opposed civilian patrols,
saying volunteers lack proper training and could be at risk or harm
others.
Jim Gilchrist, a retired California accountant who is organizing the
project, called Newman's remarks "baseless, irresponsible and
unfounded."
He said the volunteers include lawyers, doctors and former law
enforcement officers.
"These are not violent people," he said. "We are there as a
neighborhood watch."
Organizers expect more than 500 volunteers to head to Cochise County,
although county officials were skeptical of the turnout.
"While the number of vigilantes attending remains to be seen, we
cannot stick our heads in the sand and hope that not many will
materialize," Newman wrote in his letter circulated to the media. "I
am skeptical of the numbers the organizers are predicting, but I do
feel that the county has an obligation to take preventive action that
can minimize the potential for violence and property damage that a
large gathering of armed individuals may bring to our doorstep."

Mexican here
Hi, Mexican Christian here, I was reading the boards and you guys might not realize it, but you guys are racist. You guys "act" like patriotic americans, but let me ask you this. If Jesus Christ was a Mexican, would he be known as a MOD EDIT, MOD EDIT, illegal alien? Before you attack another human, look at yourself in the mirror. Trust me, if you lived in Mexico, you also would die to make it to this blessed country. Dont let God down, kill the racism and increase the Love. Many Mexicans have died in Vietnam, World War 1 and World War 2, not just for the Mexicans living in the U.S., but also for those living in Mexico because this is our roots. Open the borders, Open Economy's, if the Mexican Economy grows, there will be no need for mass migrations. Violence is evil and must be rejected. Keep the peace and God Bless.[/
